Regarding a demo in specific, though, your best option is to contact our Sales team about a demo - not only can you get a good idea what you can do, they can also guide you to the right plan, tools, and more should you decide to switch.

Yes, I think that should be possible. You can request a Figma demo focused specifically on AI features so you and your colleague can see how it improves workflow before deciding whether switching from Sketch is worth it.
