Please Help I need 2 tickets for Config 2026

Hi figma support. We'll be traveling from Argentina and we already bought hotel and plane tickets to be in San Francisco during Config's dates as this was part of our organization approval process. It was approved today morning and we realized the tickets are sold out, we're so sad since this was something we started planning two months ago and our organization time for approving these requests is long. We'll be tremendously grateful if you could help us since traveling from our country is a big deal for us and effort. 🙏 Thank you!

Hi Config Support Team,

I would like to follow up on Ticket Number 1911697.

I’ll traveling from Costa Rica for Config, and my flight and lodging are already booked. This morning, our company finally cleared the internal approval process for the trip.

Coming from Costa Rica represents a huge effort and commitment for us, and we are heartbroken by the timing. Since our travel is already fully locked in, we would be tremendously grateful if there is any flexibility or a vacancy that would allow us to purchase passes.

Hi Figma and usted. As a daily Figma user, someone who follows their virtual events, and someone who genuinely admires the community they’ve built, this situation has been very frustrating.

I completely understand that Config has limited capacity. That is not the issue.

What is difficult to understand is the lack of transparency and empathy around cancellations and refunds. Seeing that people are actively canceling their tickets while other users are being told that “there will be no more spots available” feels contradictory, especially for those of us who invested months ago in flights and accommodations from places as far away as Argentina.

What surprised me the most was not that the event sold out, but the experience around it.

Figma is a company that taught an entire industry how to think about human-centered, accessible, and people-first experiences. That’s why I expected a more human response than simply “you can watch it online.”

Many of us planned this trip months in advance because Config is not just another conference for the UX community. It is an event that genuinely means something to those of us who work and grow professionally around product design.

I still deeply admire Figma, its community, and the impact it has had on our industry. That is exactly why this experience feels so disappointing.
