Issues redeeming Config promo code

Hi team, 

I received a speaker promo code for Config 2026 from a friend who is presenting at the conference, but I've been running into issues redeeming it for quite some time now. I keep running into blockers. 

Whenever I enter the code, I receive the following error: "You do not have access to this page. It seems we're having a hard time recognizing your registration code. Please reach out to your Figma contact for assistance."

I'm not sure where else to turn at this point. I have already created a support ticket (#1915944) on the 21st but have not heard back from the events team. Now that it is past the 22nd, the deadline for ticket transfers, I'm worried this will cause additional headache. I'd really appreciate any guidance on next steps to get this code activated as soon as possible.

Sounds like you’ve had a frustrating time trying to redeem your promo code, from what you’ve said here and in the other thread where you left a comment.
