Research question for anyone doing data-driven design in Figma.
No pitch — genuinely trying to map unsolved problems before building anything.
Three scenarios I'm curious about:
**1. Bulk / multi-row population**
If you have a card grid, table, or list with 10+ instances — how do you currently
populate them all from a dataset? Do you do it manually, row by row? Have you found
a plugin that handles this well? What's still missing?
**2. Sensitive data in mockups**
Have you ever shared a Figma file and realized it had real customer emails, names,
or phone numbers visible? Is that a concern in your workflow, or does it not come up?
**3. RTL languages**
If your product supports Hebrew, Arabic, or another right-to-left language —
how do you handle realistic RTL text data in your prototypes?
Is it painful, or have you solved it?
Any of these can be answered with "not a problem for me" — that's useful data too.
