Hi Figma Team,I just wanted to check in regarding the review status of my plugin, [PLUGIN_NAME].It has been in review for a bit more than two weeks now, so I was wondering if there might be any updates available. I completely understand that the team may be handling a large number of submissions, and I really appreciate all the effort that goes into the review process.If possible, I would be very grateful for any update on the current status of the review, or if there’s anything I should adjust or provide from my side.Thanks again for your help and support!

I have created the prototypes to show the storyboard in the website hero. So I used click as the interaction between the storyboard so people can go through the storyboard in the preview mode.It worked for a long time. And all of the sudden the prototype is broken, the images keep going back and forth between image 2 and 3 when I click it. Can someone help me to take a look?  

My plugin is currently in review. The private Community page says: “Only you can see it while your plugin is in review.”I’m the plugin author and I can see the page, but when I click “Open in...”, Figma opens a file and the plugin keeps loading forever.Local development version works, and local dist/manifest.json import also works.Is the “Open in...” button expected to work for authors before approval? Or is the private listing only for previewing the Community page while the plugin is under review?

👋🏻 Hi guys, I’ve run into what seems like a bug while working with the new slots feature in Figma components, and I’m curious if anyone else has experienced this.I’m currently implementing slots in my components and really like the concept so far. Hey team, Every time I switch between files, I can see autolayout frames that are used as titles for my screens keep resizing to hug the text? The frame is set to a fixed width, with the text property set to fill. Not sure why this happens, but as soon as I click into the text itself, the frame resizes back to how I’d expect it?

Hello, I’m using Figma desktop and browser. I made a design I liked in Make, than proceeded to click on the “copy design” icon. And when I paste it in a file, a lot of elements are missing (text, graphics...) Tried emptying cache, checking network, closing/opening the file then setting a size (1440*1024px for example) then copying it, copying in a mobile view, copying after dcrolling all the way down the page. the make version The copied versionI already checked the guide. I happens every time I want to copy this design. Tried with another one (juste one), seems to work, so the issue seems to be with the particular file. Can you help me please ? thanks

Hi, whenever I use numbers in the code block in figma slides they are always written in superscript.Any tips? It does this with all the coding languages for the code block.  

I’m having issues trying to purchase 1 additional ticket for Config. I already purchased 2 tickets (1 for me and 1 for a team member) but now a new team member is joining in June and I’m looking to purchase a ticket for them.The issue is that there seems to be no way to purchase an additional ticket when I’ve already purchased group tickets. Every time I log in, I get redirected and am not able to enter the purchase flow. Ideally, there would be a way for me to purchase a ticket so that I can add it under the same company.  Please urgently suggest best course of action as I know that May 22nd is the last day for refunds and I am not sure if I’m able to refund and repurchase as a group of 3 config tickets (instead of 2).

Please try again.” Live Preview fails with “Live preview failed.” The same issue happens in team projects and in Drafts. Hello, I just cancelled my business subscription that I signed up for on April 14th.I paid €6 for the month, and I don't want to continue using this subscription next month.However, after cancelling my subscription in the settings, I see that I still owe €34.33 starting tomorrow, which I don't understand since I cancelled everything.I didn't assign Full seats to anyone and I switched to View plan: why do I owe this amount next month? Please explain this to me.  

Hello Figma Team,I accidentally got two full seats when I actually just wanted to invite two classmates to the file for a group project where we don’t use any of the full subscription features. I’ve cancelled it now as I found out but I’m getting billed 103,26 euros. I would really appreciate if an exception can be made in this case or at least a lower rate/subscription (collab) can be billed which actually mates the features that’ve been used by them.I thank you for your time in advance 

I am a student currently enrolled in the Figma Education plan. Due to an intensive univeristy exam project with an upcoming deadline on January 23rd , I think I have exhausted  AI credits sooner than expected.Since the AI features are essential for the specific workflow required by my UX UI course, I am kindly asking if it would be possible to grant an exceptional, one-time reset of my AI credit balance for the current month, or if there’s any way to add them.This would be a huge help in allowing me to complete my academic requirements on time. I have configured my .npmrc file as directed on the admin/resources/npm-registry page.  When I run npm publish, I receive the following error in the terminal: npm notice Publishing to https://registry.figma.com/npm/***/registry/ with tag latest and default accessnpm error code E403npm error 403 403 Forbidden - PUT https://registry.figma.com/npm/***/registry/@make-kits%2fak4acomponents-testnpm error 403 In most cases, you or one of your dependencies are requestingnpm error 403 a package version that is forbidden by your security policy, ornpm error 403 on a server you do not have access to.The configuration instructions didn’t include any information about setting up a PAT, or configuring a token of any kind, they just gave me text to copy/paste into my .npmrc file.  Is there additional config I need to do, or some other process I need to perform in order to authenticate with the private registry?

I’m having an issue with Figma where every time I submit a prompt using the AI/chat feature, the request fails and a red error banner appears saying:“Couldn’t connect, check your internet and try again.”My internet connection is working normally, and this issue happens consistently despite: trying both the desktop app and browser version switching Wi-Fi networks using a mobile hotspot restarting Figma/browser The prompt does not generate a response and immediately returns the connection error. Other internet services work fine, so the issue seems specific to Figma’s AI/request system rather than my actual connection.Has anyone found a fix for this or knows what causes it?

I have a personal Pro Plan (Work as a freelancer) and wanted to change ownership of the file to one of my clients who do not have the Pro Plan. I tried to change the ownership and now I’mm only able to edit and now theres a “!” icon next to Owner and their name but is still in a limbo.What can I do or who do I need to talk to?

I’ve forgot to cancel my subscription yesterday and tried to contact the support to do so and get a refund, but no one is awnsering any of my emails.

I am an admin of a team, Figma won’t let me import a file into a project in the team (I’m owner) and it won’t let me move the file from the draft

I’m doing a project with a map interaction. I wanted to magnify e section of a map using one overlay, then when the magnified version pops up, i want to interact with icons who are present in the magnified version. The problem is that when i try to open another overlay over the first one, the first overlay shuts off because I used the property “when mouse leave”. Any solution if I need to put multiple overlays on top of each other without closing them?
