Hi Figma Support Team,
I’m reaching out because I am unable to publish my Figma Make file for the Config Makeathon. I’ve tried everything I could find on similar topics like this one, but it still doesnt work. Tried restarting, refreshing the page, trying a different browser, duplicating the file, disconnecting supabase, removing all supabase related code, and even tried everything I could find in similar posts like this one

What I've already verified:
- npm run build succeeds with zero errors (Vite 6.3.5)
- No external network calls, no Supabase, no API keys, no .env files
- All required Community publish fields are filled in (cover image, name, description, tags)
- JS bundle is split into chunks, all under 1 MB
- Total dist/ output is ~3 MB
- File has a non-default name and the dev server runs cleanly.

I’ve given view access to support-share@figma.com to the file, sharing the link here if that will help.

I created a support ticket a few days ago (ticket #1960581), it was marked as solved but I am still not able to publish and there was no comments / help from the support team left in the ticket. I am stranded - I only have a few days left before the submission deadline. I’d be extremely grateful if someone can please help me or at least give a response, as I’ve worked so hard on this and everything is ready just that I can’t publish it.

Thank you very much in advance, if more information is required I am available to provide it!

Hi @Melissa Kwee, Celyn from Figma Community Support here.

Thanks for reaching out, and I'm sorry to hear you're running into issues publishing your Makeathon submission, especially with the deadline approaching.

Really appreciate you taking the time to work through such thorough troubleshooting and document everything you've already tried. Thank you as well for proactively sharing the file and granting access to support-share@figma.com. That context is incredibly helpful.

I was able to locate your support tickets and can confirm that ticket #1960581 was marked as solved because it was merged into your existing ticket #1960255. I apologize that this wasn't clearer and understand how that could have been confusing.

I've gone ahead and escalated ticket #1960255 and highlighted the urgency of the issue given the Makeathon deadline.

Please keep an eye on your inbox, someone from the team will be reaching out shortly to assist further.

Thanks again for your patience in the meantime! 🙏
