Hello Figma Support Team,
I am writing to request an immediate refund for a charge made to my account.
My Figma account email is [redacted by moderator to remove personal information].
I was charged 201,143 KRW on June 11, and then another charge of 182.60 USD was made on June 13 at 23:43. I have not used the paid service, and I did not intend to continue with or use this paid plan.
Because I have not used the service and received no value from this subscription, I strongly request a full refund immediately for the charge.
Please also cancel any active paid subscription connected to my account and confirm that no further charges will be made.
I would appreciate a prompt response and refund confirmation. If this issue is not resolved quickly, I may have to dispute the charge through my payment provider.
