Request to Change Annual Subscription to Monthly Subscription

Hello,

My name is Daegeun Jo, and I have been a regular Figma user for some time.

Today, I intended to subscribe to the monthly plan, but I accidentally purchased the annual subscription instead.

Would it be possible to change my subscription from the annual plan to the monthly plan?

I would greatly appreciate your assistance.

We don't currently have the ability to automatically switch from an annual to a monthly subscription mid-term. However, you can cancel your annual subscription and then resubscribe to the monthly plan once your current plan expires.

Here's how:

  1. Cancel your current annual subscription before it renews.
  2. Once cancelled, you'll be able to sign up for the monthly plan.

Hello,

I would like to request a refund for my Professional annual subscription.

I accidentally selected the annual billing option while intending to subscribe to the monthly plan. I noticed the mistake immediately after completing the purchase and contacted support on the same day.

My workspace name is "์กฐ๋Œ€๊ทผ์˜ ํŒ€", and I am the only user of this workspace.

As this purchase was made by mistake and reported immediately, I kindly ask that you review my case and consider issuing a refund. I would be happy to subscribe again using the monthly plan instead.
