When I go to the support forum, the chatbot redirects me back to the forum for help. Can I have a contact to help me restore this please?

Hello everyone,I subscribed to the Figma Professional plan today (April 6, 2026) and was charged $20. After using it, I found the experience very slow with a lot of errors, so I decided I no longer want to continue with the subscription.I checked Figma's help article about requesting a refund within 24 hours, which mentions going to Settings → Community tab → Community purchases. However, I cannot find the "Community purchases" section in my account at all — I only see profile connection options there.I believe this is because I purchased a Professional team plan, not a Community resource (plugin/template), so the refund steps in the help article don't seem to apply to my case.I have already submitted a request through Figma's official contact form under "Billing and invoicing," but I wanted to ask here as well:➡️ Has anyone been in the same situation? How to create an animation that scrolls between frames?

Please tell me how to make the button that is pinned to the bottom of the screen when scrolling not appear on all website screens. How can I implement this in animation? Perhaps through components?

Hola comunidad Figma, soy nueva en esto. Pero en mi universidad nos pidieron un trabajo y me gusta mucho trabajar con Figma, en este momento mi diseño esta casi terminado, pero necesito publicarlo y que se vea con una vista tipo celular y no tipo pagina web que es lo que me ha pasado mas de una vez. Necesito ayuda por favor urgentemente  

Ok so I know theres loads of topics on this - but Im not sure I’ve seen one mention components, hence the new convo. TL;DR - I have a card containing 2 columns. I want the card to have column 1 smaller than the other. So Column 1 would be say, 25% the width of the card and column 2 would be 75% Now I see a lot of replies about setting fixed widths for column 1, fill for column 2…. about setting constraints etc, but this does not work, especially when working in components.  My card component has the variables of 1 or 2 columns, and of course - can be used in various screens, places, layouts and screen sizes. The card works beautifully when the columns are 50/50 scaling to my screen size, but just do not work at all for other width needs. Whats more, when I have my component, there is no way to override the widths of my internal columns unless I detach the component - breaking my whole system, and negating the whole point of components. Seriously should be / would be a super simple thin

Hi :) I am using figma with prime NG library. after adding multiple var modes I am accepting an I mark for lots ofthem’ also, some components are re changing themselves. (btns, and autocompletes and dialogs)can you please assist?  

Figma.com internals are hacking my site because "it's Too Good" and "I live in Thailand" lol could you guys help me? I’m trying to make all of you invincible through my site.. figure this out for me perfectly please. 

I am working in Figma Slides on a client presentation that includes videos and images. The setting controls for the videos are not working. They are there but when I click on them nothing changes.When I first started to work on the project a week ago I noticed the settings would change but the buttons wouldn’t, so I would have to keep checking in presentation mode what setting was “on” or “off”. But now, the settings are not changing at all and neither are the buttons.If I click “apply to all videos” the message bubble comes up that the settings have been applied, but nothing else happens. I have submitted a ticket twice to support and they have replied yet with a fix. Has anyone run into this issue and figured out a fix? Help! Client presentation is tomorrow!

I’m using Figma Professional plan. I tried to give edit access to another person who is also using a professional plan. But it says ‘An admin needs to update this seat so they can edit. How can I resolve it? We don’t belong to the same team. 

I see a lot of plugins have animated icons. I looked around the forum and saw some old posts that mentioned renaming .gif to .png and uploading it. When I try, it lets me upload it, but in the last step when I hit Publish, it throws an error saying icon image needs to be JPEG or PNG. So does this mean we can no longer assign animated icons to our plugins while some old one can keep them?Any advice is appreciated.

one day i was working and idk what happened but in the middle of me working the layers tab layout completely changed and its horrible. idk how to make it go back to what it used to look like. can someone help? now instead of saying what the layer is, everything just shows up in these preview boxes. even if its a text layer. it is impossible to navigate. how do i go back to default?  

I am in the early stages of building an AI fragrance recommendation website and wanted to ask if one Figma website design can be used for multiple different businesses, while each business uploads its own separate product catalogue/data. I want the same core website structure, but with different brands using different product sets and recommendations. Is this something Figma supports well in handoff/workflow, or would this need to be rebuilt separately for each business?

I am using Make. Two images on the site do not appear when I publish while all the others do. Figma has burned all my credits running circles around the same potential fixes which are primarily around asset hash. What are the reasons this could be happening so I can help Figma think differently?

I've received an email with the message “Add more credits to your team" but the team has 3 persons only one of them has reached the 2500 credits. how can I transfer credits from one person in the team to an other person in the team?and in one of the topics it was 3000 credits but in our case it is 2500 credits. Can you also tell me what the correct number is. 

Does anyone know why this games icon is suddenly appearing in my UI and in my admin panel? It’s taking up valuable screen real estate, and making unnecessary cognitive load, and I hate games. I don’t want it here, didn’t ask for it, did not sign up for it, plug it in, or do anything (that I know of) to put it there. Any insight or help to get rid of it, much appreciated.

Hello,We are trying to use a Figma Make prototype for user testing. Unfortunately, it is asking the folks we are testing with to create an account and sign in to view and use the prototype.This is too much friction for a testing session. Is there any way to share Figma Make prototypes with others without the need for them to log in?We’ve set share settings to “Anyone with password”, but they get an error screen after entering the password, unless they log into Figma.  

Hi everyone! I’m building a complex character system and ran into an issue with overrides.My setup:I have separate component sets for different clothing styles: Business, Workers, Science, Tech, etc..Each style has a large set of arm poses (about 36 variants like Holding L, Relaxed, etc.) and leg poses.I use a main "Human" component where I swap these outfits using Instance Swap.The problem:When I select a specific pose (e.g., Holding L) in the Workers style and then switch the outfit to Science, Figma resets the pose to the default one instead of keeping Holding L.What I've tried:Keeping the layer names identical across all styles (e.g., the arm layer is always named Arms).Using Nested Instances to surface the pose properties.My question:Is there a way to "link" these separate clothing components so Figma understands that Pose: Holding L in Workers is the same as Pose: Holding L in Science? Or do I have to merge all 100+ variants (all styles and all poses) into one giant component set

I am not a professional designer, but I have been tasked with creating a simple website for the gym where I work.I am using the Figma Sites feature, but I am having trouble creating the mobile menu.In the image, the top menu is for web and tablet use, and I would like to use the bottom section as the mobile menu.I want the mobile menu to normally appear as a left-hand menu with a '+' button, but when the '+' is clicked, it should change to a '-' like the right-hand menu and expand downwards.I would be very grateful if you could help me.

Hi all,I would like to add the font size Cabinet Grotesk  in figma as it is not recognized so this makes it difficult with optimization to 'hug' the texts in the 'phrames'.  I would like to add the lettertype and I have a file with all the sizes. When I want to add it to settings, in my AI built website, and choose 'Fonts' in my file I read the following: 'No web fonts needs to be uploaded’, see screenshot below.Does anyone know how to solve this? I am out of credits… perhaps this is a problem? I can optimize the text when I change the lettertype in a known font. Or is it recommended to change the font lettertype once transferred to wordpress? Thank you in advance, Vicky

Hi guys, I’ve been using Figma make since november, it was so great, efficient, a real life changing solution!But since it became a paid service it’s a real nightmare!! Much less efficient, kind of dumb for basic request. It’s like they want us to ruin the tokens left so we pay for more! Am I the only one having this feeling, I’m sooooooooo disappointed Thanks for your feedback
