Prototype / Presentモードが表示されない

・編集画面は通常に表示・編集可能

・ログイン中のFigmaアプリ、Chrome、Safariでプレビュー表示できない

・シークレットモードであれば表示できる（Safari、Chrome）

 

  • この症状は既知の不具合でしょうか？
  • 特定のファイルのプロトタイプデータやキャッシュが破損している可能性はありますか
  • サーバー側で確認可能なエラーログがあれば調査をお願いしたいです

必要であれば対象ファイルURLや動画も共有可能です。

    The fact that it works in incognito but not when you're logged in is actually a useful clue. It points away from the file itself and toward something in your authenticated browser session, most likely a browser extension, cached data, or a stored cookie that's interfering with how the prototype loads for your account.

    A few things worth trying first:

    1. Disable browser extensions, especially any ad blockers, privacy shields, or script blockers. These can prevent prototype content from loading in presentation view even when you're logged in. Try disabling them one at a time to isolate the culprit, or temporarily turn them all off and test again.
    2. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then log back into Figma and try presenting again. Corrupted cache data can sometimes block the prototype viewer for authenticated sessions specifically.
    3. Check WebGL, Figma relies on WebGL to render. You can confirm it's active by visiting webglreport.com. If it's disabled or reporting errors, that could explain the blank presentation view.
    4. Try a fresh install of the Figma desktop app, uninstall, reinstall, then test again.

    If none of those make a difference, could you share what browser version you're on, and whether you see any error messages or just a blank/unresponsive screen when Present mode opens while logged in?
