Hi, I need to transfer over a design for a Klaviyo email flow from figma to Klaviyo...it is a copy and paste situtaion? I’m very new to this so any advice would be great. The simplest way of transferring over the info would be great!

My suggestions is to allow users to include annotations and / or measurements  when they export images. Seems that we can’t currently do thisThe user benefits –allows users to share images with annotations and measurements when creating images to be shared wither wider stakeholders and creating documentation for other platforms. If we can’t export annotations and measurements, then for those instances requiring annotations in an export as an image, users won’t use the annotations feature, and revert to creating “Notes” manuallyHope this makes sense

I’d like to share feedback regarding the implementation of AI credit limits in Figmake. As a designer managing multiple complex projects, I believe credit restrictions would greatly undermine Figmake’s usefulness in real-world design and prototyping workflows.  1. Most AI usage is for fixing bad or incomplete output, not luxury use.  In practice, a large percentage of AI prompts in Figmake are iterative—used to correct layout issues, rebuild misinterpreted elements, or align behaviors with visual intent. Each refinement quickly consumes credits even though the output quality depends on that iteration. Penalizing iteration limits the model’s ability to produce accurate prototypes, especially when the AI output is imperfect through no fault of the user, making credit usage really unfair and frustrating.2. Predictability becomes impossible, discouraging adoption.  With a credit cap that no one knows how to predict and calculate ahead of time, I can’t plan how far my Figmake usage will tak

Hi, I need product support assistance to manually remove a former employee, for some reason I am unable to do so. See screenshot. I am an admin, and the user I am trying to remove is the former admin. I can only downgrade them to view. Can we please get some help on removing this user from the team?ps: I did explain the issue here 10 days ago: help.figma.com/hc/requests/2171038 but this link no longer works.

There is a couple if usability issues related to this window 1 –  Review updates window – lies color modesReviewing components from external library using variable modes for e.g. Dark / Light UI - this window shows fake color modes for sub frames of the component. Thus it makes impossible to validate if specific elements are ok to or not. Example: review window displays Background from Dark mode, but texts from Light mode  In reality components look like thatReal Dark and Light look   2 – Weak usability – Clickology when large number of components to review  Example: To review 250 components I need to perform one thousand of clicks Super annoying workflow Solution proposal:Instead of that, I would recommend using strategy from text editors, commonly known as “find and replace and go to next one”. In our case it could be: “Update & next” or similar. In 99% of cases I use it like that. If there is a second verification needed after update - I can click “< back”  2b – Go to instance

On 14 October 2026 (KST), our administrator approved an access request, intending to grant access to a teammate. We saw no separate checkout, payment confirmation, or clear warning that approving it would purchase another paid seat. A monthly Full seat was then added. We consider this approval-to-charge flow misleading and unacceptable. We request reversal of the unintended seat charges, a refund of any amount collected, and cancellation of related pending and future charges. Our existing subscription and files should remain intact. Support case #2194098 contains the account details. Please escalate it to a human billing specialist and manager. Please investigate what price disclosure and purchase-consent wording were actually displayed, and improve this flow so access approval cannot unexpectedly become a paid purchase. Can the Figma Support team confirm ownership of this case and provide a written resolution?

Hello,I accidentally selected the annual payment plan instead of the monthly plan. Would it be possible to get a refund and switch my subscription to monthly billing?I'm also confused as to why the options to select annual or monthly billing are placed in the upper right corner rather than directly above the payment button. I only intended to subscribe to the monthly plan and it is shcoking to see a charge of over $200 go through all at once.

Hello,I've been experiencing an issue several times now when creating a new Icon component. When I try to publish the changes, the publishing process keeps loading indefinitely. I waited nearly 20 minutes before refreshing the page, but the issue still persists.Additionally, the small Icon Library update indicator doesn't appear. I have to manually check the library to find the changes.Has anyone experienced this issue before, or is this a known problem? Thanks!

Hi Figma Team,I’m experiencing a persistent issue with Figma Make. Whenever I try to generate or update my design, I receive the following error:“Something went wrong. Try again.”Error ID: srid_72HKWF3GV7CKTBPK73V9281S1I’ve already tried:Retrying the prompt multiple times. Duplicating the Figma Make file. Submitting the prompt in the duplicated file.Unfortunately, none of these steps resolved the issue. The preview remains blank, and I cannot continue working on my design.Could you please investigate this issue and advise on how to resolve it?Thank you!

I’m using the desktop app on Windows 11 and the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + D has stopped working. I can’t actually remember if the right click menu previously had that option listed but I can’t see it there anymore.I’ve cleared the cache and restarted but it’s still missing.

Hello,We are currently using the Figma Professional plan and are experiencing an issue with email delivery for a new team member. We invited the following user to our team with a Full Seat: Email address: (redacted by the moderator due to PII) Plan: Professional Seat type: Full Seat Invitation status: Pending However, the user is experiencing the following issues: Team Invitation Email Not Received: Although we have sent the team invitation, the user has not received the invitation email, and the invitation status remains "Pending." Account Verification Email Not Received: The user is also unable to receive the email verification message required to complete Figma account registration. As neither the team invitation email nor the account verification email is being delivered, the user is unable to complete the registration process or join our team.Could you please investigate whether there is an email delivery issue or any restriction affecting this email address? We would also a

I can’t believe this. Figma ai agent used 1524 credit for an icon creation. An Icon. and it doesn’t even work decent. Half of the icon doen’t even seen in the file. I will never use this again. It is definedly a SCAM.

Hello, I accidentally chose annual plan instead of month, bc of the page refreshing. There were no any windows with proceeding or smth. I want to refund my subscription, it’s occured an hour ago.I’d also like to share some feedback on the checkout page. The toggle between annual and monthly billing sits in the upper right corner, far from the payment button, so it’s easy to miss. I only intended to subscribe monthly, and seeing a charge of over $200 all at once was a real surprise. Placing the billing options directly above the payment button would help others avoid the same mistake.Thank you for your help.

I don't know why, like Figma make is complicated. I didn't upgrade for any seat or anything like for professional. But you just charged me for $16. And When I want to see the bill or the information to make sure what happened. It's so difficult to check. Even I want to cancel my credit card. And so such difficult to find. I come back to check again. Maybe something I do wrong, maybe I upgrade thing. But no, I did not upgrade anything. -I request to refund -The second is you have to delete my information about the credit card. This is insecurity anymore.

Hello Figma Support,I can’t access my Figma account because my student email address has been deactivated by my university. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to that email. I would like to recover my account and transfer the files to a new email address. Could you please help me with this process? Thank you for your support. Best regards,

I tried to cancel my subscription, but I couldn't find a way. Now, a month later, I've been suddenly charged even though I've never used the service. I want to cancel my subscription and request a refund. Hello Figma,  Im writing to request a missing feature for text edit, currently there are only 4 types of text alignment natively in Figma: Text align Left, Text align center, Text align right and text align justify. Im looking for a Justify all lines, same we have in Illustrator, Im looking to achieve this text look, and so far has been imposible to replicate it in Figma.Hope we can have this small but Important improvement natively in Figma soonCheers!

Hi everyone,We’re using a Figma Professional Team account, and recently we’ve started facing an issue where users are being kicked out, and only two users are able to stay logged in at the same time. This restriction wasn’t there previously, and multiple team members were able to access the account without any issues.Has anyone else experienced this recently? Is this related to a change in Figma’s login/device policy, or is there a recommended way to resolve this?Would upgrading the plan or creating a separate account under a new email address be the right approach?Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you!

Attention all Persian and Arabic designers! While using the "Peyda" font, I noticed that it offers specific default styles for the letters *Kaf* (ک) and *Gaf* (گ).If you wish to disable these styles—so that the letters *Kaf* and *Gaf* do not appear in their elongated forms—follow the steps below. Go to the typography settings from the Design tab.At the top of the menu that opens, select Details.Toggle this option to review the desired change. I hope you find it useful.

I created a custom plugin using Figma Agent and I'm trying to understand how AI credit usage works. If I use the plugin I built, does each interaction still consume Figma AI credits, or does credit usage only apply during the plugin creation process? Thanks in advance for any insight.

I’ve got two frames set to fill the width of their parent container. One of them (with text inside) has 24px padding set on the L+R. This seems to mean that the fill widths are unequal, and I don’t understand WHY.  Equal pixel widths would make each side 684px wide. Instead I get 708px and 660px. I think this is expected behaviour, as using legacy auto-layout fixes it, but I don’t know how to account for it in my workflow. I need the image to be half the frame width, and the text frame to be half the container width, with the padding INSIDE the box. And a set variable value for padding on the parent container.

I’ve been working on a website build for a client and we’re close to sharing it with the developer but one of the frames keeps disappearing.I’m having to go back to an autosave version from 2hrs ago and each time I try and save it and move on the frame disappears again. This is incredibly frustrating as I want to be able to do my final tweaks and then send the files over. Many thanks,Barry
