Hello Figma Support Team,I just subscribed to a Figma plan for €24. However, just after subscribing, I realized that my company already provides me with access to a professional Figma account. As I no longer need the personal subscription and have not intended to use it, I would like to request the cancellation of my subscription and a refund of the amount charged.Thank you for your understanding and assistance. Please let me know if you need any additional information from my side.Kind regards,Loundja.

They didn’t verify my account, whioch was already verified from last year and they send me this email. I so frustrated right now.I have 100 of figma files on this plan and they still didn’t verified my account, which was already verified from last year with same documents.

Hello Figma Support Team, I am writing to request an immediate refund for a charge made to my account. My email is (redacted by the moderator due to PII). I subscribed to the collaboration sheet, but the full sheet was charged on September 20. Therefore, $35.00 was charged, but I never requested the payment. I canceled the subscription within 24 hours of the charge and did not use Figma. Looking at the invoice, 15 more was charged under the name of 'September Full Sheet 20, billing adjustment,' but I never requested a full sheet. In August, the only thing I wanted to pay for was the collaboration sheet for $5.50. Because I have not used the service and received no value from this subscription, I strongly request a full refund immediately for the charge. Please also cancel any active paid subscription connected to my account and confirm that no further charges will be made. I would appreciate a prompt response and refund confirmation. If this issue is not resolved quickly, I may have to

Figma Agent was working normally on my company account before, but it suddenly stopped working while I was editing a design. Since then, every prompt fails with:“Something went wrong. Try again.”Example request ID:srid_YZV50ENWKD22YT1TP66C2M2GDThe issue persists even after I:Created a completely new Design file Started a new Agent thread Restarted Figma and my computer Tried different network conditions Tested in a Draft fileThe most important finding is that Figma Agent works normally when I log into my personal Figma account on the same computer and network. So the issue seems to be specific to my company Figma account / organization, rather than the device, network, or file itself. The Agent was previously available and working normally on this company account, so this is not a case where I never had access to the beta. It stopped working suddenly during normal use and has remained unusable since. Also, the failed Agent message does not show the “Copy debug details” option, so I’m curr

I'm working on a pricing/sales interface and want to prototype a simple percentage discount calculator in Figma. The user would enter: Original price: 250 Discount: 20% The prototype should then display: Discount amount: 50 Final price: 200 The calculation is:Discount Amount = Original Price × Discount ÷ 100Final Price = Original Price − Discount AmountI've seen that Figma variables and prototype actions can be used for mathematical calculations, but I'm not sure what the cleanest setup would be for this type of interaction.Would you recommend using number variables with prototype actions, or is there a better approach for handling the percentage input and updating multiple text fields?I'm also testing decimal prices such as 99.99, so I'd like to avoid unexpected rounding issues. For checking the expected percentage and discount values while testing, I use this percent off calculator.Any suggestions for a clean Figma prototype setup would be appreciated.

I would like to know why Figma has not implemented thew ability to add auto layout to sections. There are a LOT of previous requests for this (Including from me). It would add so many benefits to file organization: drag to organize screens and journeys, margin controls, hug to fit (Vertically and horizontally), and more!Figma Admins: Please let us know why this functionality hasn't been added and when it will be!

Hello Figma Team,I noticed that recurring subscription fees have been charged for the plan I made on 21 August 2026 on this account by mistake, the plan upgraded from Collab to Full Professional Plan. Therefore, I accidentally paid a plan and have not intentionally used the paid features during this period. My email is: [redacted by forum moderator to remove PII]Please review the payment history associated and help me process a refund for the unintended charges.Thank you for your support.

In design mode the layers sidebar just shows all information and allows for fluid horizontal and vertical scrolling. In dev mode, it all of a sudden just cuts off everything above a certain width.

Hello Figma Support Team,I’m reaching out to request your help recovering a Figma file named “Launch Next.”This was an official project file that I worked on using my Figma account. Unfortunately, the file was deleted from the original owner’s account, and I no longer have access to the owner account.I still have access to the Figma account that I used while working on the file, but the file is no longer available to me. This file is very important to me because it contains work from an official project that I was involved in.I understand that the file may have been permanently deleted. However, I’ve seen cases where Figma Support was able to help recover files even after permanent deletion, so I wanted to kindly ask if there is any possibility of recovering or restoring this file from Figma’s systems or backups. If possible, I would be extremely grateful if you could restore the original file or provide me with a recoverable copy.File name: Launch NextAccount I used to work on the file

Hello,I am experiencing an issue with my AI credits on my Starter plan. When I check my AI balance from the canvas, it correctly shows "500 credits left" and "150/150 daily credits left". The Usage tab also shows 0/500 used. However, when I try to use any AI features, the system prevents me from doing so, acting as if my balance is zero.I have attached screenshots of my usage hub and AI balance for your reference. Could you please help sync the balance properly?Thank you, Demien

I’m surprised that after three years, FigJam still doesn’t support vertical text alignment in shapes. This has been a longstanding request (as evidenced by this older forum thread), and it’s a must-have for creating clean and professional-looking diagrams. Being able to align text to the top, center, or bottom of a shape is a standard feature in most design and diagram tools, and its absence in FigJam makes it harder to organize content quickly and consistently. Please consider adding vertical text alignment options to improve productivity and the overall user experience in FigJam.

Hi Figma Community Support,I submitted support ticket #2137650 regarding the Figma Agent beta monthly usage limit on my Professional plan. The Agent is currently blocked in the middle of an active professional UI/UX project.I haven’t received any email or update yet. I understand the Support team may be experiencing higher-than-usual volume, but this is currently blocking an important production workflow.Could someone please confirm that the ticket is correctly assigned and, if possible, add an internal follow-up note so the Support team can review it?Thank you.

The Figma agent isn't reading comments. I used to use the Figma agent to change text in the layout; it was convenient when the agent would read a comment and replace the text automatically. Now, it just says there are no comments, even though there are actually plenty of comments in the frame. The agent doesn't see them—have you encountered this situation?

Every time I tell the AI to change something in my app, the page refreshes without completing the changes. My credits get taken but nothing changes in my app. I have tried doing all the steps in the support forum but it still does the same issue. How do I fix this?

승인이 한참 안나고 있어요 빨리 처리도 가능할까요?

I am not interested in exploring Ai Agents within my classroom. How can I disable these AI tools? I see no method to do so within my Admin Settings

I have accidently verified my professional account with the education plan instead of verifying my education email account. How can I fix this?

Some months ago I reached out to figma support , they said I have to verify with sheer id to avail my student benefits , I did  , i reached out to SheerID for manual verification of mine , as my school doesnot issue any .Edu email to any of students (this is the problem to many  Indian students) , so to get of this I send my documents to SheerID so they could verify my status , but its been a month I have not received any response from them via email...so basically after reaching out twice , they are not taking actions means they are absolutely ignoring me..Now I raise an questions , is this the right thing ? At a glance FIGMA says they give figma pro to students for absolutely free , so why its restricted to only students with education email , as Indian schools doesnot provide any student email ! , why legitimate students without email are not able to avail this offer , if figma doesnot want to give free educational access , why they are Clickbaiting , they can deny politely that the

Me suscribi a Figma por 5$ dolares americanos. LE DOY DE BAJA A MI SUSCRIPCION Y NO SOLO ME COBRAN LA SUSCRIPCION IGUAL, SI NO QUE TAMBIEN ME COBRARON CASI 55 DOLARES. EXIGO UN REEMBOLSO. YA HABLE CON MI BANCO Y ME REFIERE A USTEDES. NO PUEDEN ESTAFAR A LA GENTE ASI. SOY DE LATINOAMERICA. ESO ES CASI TODO MI DINERO.

Problem:I’ve lost access to the email address that was used to create and log in to my Figma account, and I’m hoping to recover my account or the content associated with it.Account info:I’ve changed my phone number, so I can’t log in to my previous account anymoreI can provide alternative proof of ownership and identity, including: A detailed description of the projects and their contents Context on how and when the projects were created External links and associated files (like pictures) showing my authorship Any other form of proof you consider acceptable I’m very willing to cooperate fully and follow whatever verification process you recommend. What I need help with:If possible, I would be very grateful for help with: Recovering the account, or Transferring the account/content to a new personal email

This update is genuinely one of the most frustrating UX changes I’ve experienced in a professional design tool 😡 😡 😡The new left-hand navigation panel permanently steals ~60px of horizontal space on small screens, which is completely unacceptable. That space is my primary working area — the canvas. I am literally losing room to do my job so a panel can sit there doing nothing most of the time.Yes, Variables, Files, Assets, Find, and Library are important. No — they are NOT minute-to-minute actions. They do not deserve permanent, always-visible real estate. This panel is idle 90% of the time, yet it constantly punishes my workflow. On smaller displays, this feels especially hostile. Instead of prioritising the canvas (the entire reason Figma exists), the UI forces a bulky navigation column that adds zero value moment-to-moment and actively makes precision design harder. This change feels like it was designed for: Large monitors only Product demos Feature discoverability …not for actu

Currently exported .PDFs out of Figma are not accessible, because the text is flattened as images. I would like to request an option for exported .PDFs to have editable text. This would be a game changer for our team to move off of Sketch! 😃 (Sketch allows for .PDFs to export with editable text, but Figma does not)
