How to verify education plan if your school doesnot issue edu email to students

Some months ago I reached out to figma support , they said I have to verify with sheer id to avail my student benefits , I did  , i reached out to SheerID for manual verification of mine , as my school doesnot issue any .Edu email to any of students (this is the problem to many  Indian students) , so to get of this I send my documents to SheerID so they could verify my status , but its been a month I have not received any response from them via email...so basically after reaching out twice , they are not taking actions means they are absolutely ignoring me..

Now I raise an questions , is this the right thing ? 
At a glance FIGMA says they give figma pro to students for absolutely free , so why its restricted to only students with education email , as Indian schools doesnot provide any student email ! , why legitimate students without email are not able to avail this offer , if figma doesnot want to give free educational access , why they are Clickbaiting , they can deny politely that they are not giving free to students ,but why is this difference ? 

I think  figma should accept direct (without  third party involvement )manual verifications ,  this is the right way to do it
