Figma Agent suddenly stopped working on my company account — persistent “Something went wrong” error

Figma Agent was working normally on my company account before, but it suddenly stopped working while I was editing a design. Since then, every prompt fails with:

“Something went wrong. Try again.”

Example request ID:

srid_YZV50ENWKD22YT1TP66C2M2GD

The issue persists even after I:

  • Created a completely new Design file
  • Started a new Agent thread
  • Restarted Figma and my computer
  • Tried different network conditions
  • Tested in a Draft file

The most important finding is that Figma Agent works normally when I log into my personal Figma account on the same computer and network.

So the issue seems to be specific to my company Figma account / organization, rather than the device, network, or file itself.

The Agent was previously available and working normally on this company account, so this is not a case where I never had access to the beta. It stopped working suddenly during normal use and has remained unusable since.

Also, the failed Agent message does not show the “Copy debug details” option, so I’m currently only able to provide the request ID and screenshots.

Could you please check whether there is an issue with my account’s Agent entitlement, organization configuration, or backend state?

Hey @mikkimimi, thanks for reaching out!

Since this looks specific to your Organization's account rather than your device, file, or network, it's something we'll need to look into on the account level, which isn't something I can dig into here on the forum. I've opened a support ticket for you. Your Ticket number is #2144161, for reference.

You should get an email shortly connecting you with our customer support team. From there, go ahead and share any additional details you can, like your OS info, screenshots, or timestamps, so they can take a closer look. The example request ID and the detail about your personal account working fine are both really helpful, I’ve passed this info to our team.

Appreciate your patience in the meantime!
