Page Refresh and AI Credits Get Wasted

Question

Every time I tell the AI to change something in my app, the page refreshes without completing the changes. My credits get taken but nothing changes in my app. I have tried doing all the steps in the support forum but it still does the same issue.

How do I fix this?

Thanks for posting - I’m sure this is frustrating for you, and the agent should not be using credits unless it’s actually performing work.Are you using a web browser or the desktop app? Our team is investigating a similar report, so I’ve alerted them to the ticket you submitted. Can you reply to the email you received for that and share a link to your Make file with support-share@figma.com (with Edit access - this won’t affect your billing)?It will be helpful for the team to look at the file itself.
