lost access to email, need to recover account

Problem:

I’ve lost access to the email address that was used to create and log in to my Figma account, and I’m hoping to recover my account or the content associated with it.

Account info:
I’ve changed my phone number, so I can’t log in to my previous account anymore

I can provide alternative proof of ownership and identity, including:

• A detailed description of the projects and their contents

• Context on how and when the projects were created

• External links and associated files (like pictures) showing my authorship

• Any other form of proof you consider acceptable
