How to Disable Figma Agents? Figma Education

I am not interested in exploring Ai Agents within my classroom. How can I disable these AI tools? 

I see no method to do so within my Admin Settings

Hi ​@Jonathan3, welcome to Figma Forum and thanks for raising this.

AI tools became available to higher education and bootcamp Figma for Education accounts fairly recently, and I understand you're not seeing a way to turn them off in your Admin Settings.

What you can do today is hide the on-canvas prompt box in a Design file: Open Main menu → Preferences → turn off Show AI Chat on canvas. That removes the on-canvas entry point, though the agent stays reachable in the left nav.

Figma doesn't use any data from Education accounts to train AI models. That's the default — nothing you need to toggle for that. More detail here: I'm a Figma for Education or Figma for Government account. What does this mean for me?

I’d like to share more insights with the product team, to make sure I flag the right thing: Are you after an account-level control that lets educators switch off the AI tools for a classroom?
