AI credits balance syncing issue: UI shows 500 available, but cannot use AI tools

Hello,I am experiencing an issue with my AI credits on my Starter plan. When I check my AI balance from the canvas, it correctly shows "500 credits left" and "150/150 daily credits left". The Usage tab also shows 0/500 used.However, when I try to use any AI features, the system prevents me from doing so, acting as if my balance is zero.I have attached screenshots of my usage hub and AI balance for your reference. Could you please help sync the balance properly?Thank you, Demien

Hey ​@ダミアン・ヴィテク, thanks for reaching out!Your account is showing exactly the AI credits Starter plan users should have, 500 a month, capped at 150 a day, and your screenshots show both counters sitting at zero used. That's useful info, and we want to look into what's actually happening on the account side.We're going to continue investigating this through your existing ticket (#2134674) so we can check your account specifically.A couple of things worth trying while that's being looked into:Sign out and back in (or try a different browser) to force a fresh check of your AI balance.Try the AI action again in a different file, just to rule out anything file-specific.One quick question that'll help us dig in,does the block happen with every AI feature you try (Figma Make, image editing tools, etc.), or just one specifically?You can read more about how AI credits and the Starter plan's daily/monthly limits work in How AI credits work.Thanks again for flagging this and for the clear screenshots,we'll follow up with next steps on your ticket.
