Hi, I’ve lost access to my old email address, which is linked to my Figma account. I used Google SSO to log in, and I currently have a PRO plan.Unfortunately, I can no longer access my Figma account at all. I submitted a support ticket (#2144512) four days ago, but I haven’t received any response yet.Does anyone know what I should do or how I can get help with this?

I'm using Apple emoji that's been flattened in Figma. Normally, when exported as PNG/JPEG, it shows up fine in the output. Why isn't it working now? The emoji does appear in the preview window, but once I export it, it's gone. Please help fix this issue, thank you.

Our ticket remains open, and our last inquiry was 14 days ago.Such a long processing time for an Organization account is surprising. Please process our request without delay.Best regards,Kainz MatthiasKMSY Sàrl

Hello Figma team,I'm an admin of the organization "Webugol". Our other admin submitted a support request (ticket #2148737) to downgrade our organization from the Organization plan to the Professional plan. This is time-sensitive: our annual renewal invoice was issued on September 23 and is still unpaid. We'd like it to be voided and replaced with a Professional plan subscription. We also paid a smaller invoice for prorated Organization seats and asked for that amount to be applied as credit toward the Professional plan.We haven't received a reply yet. Could a moderator please add a note to our ticket so a billing agent can pick it up as soon as possible? Please don't remove our organization or files until the migration is confirmed.Thank you!

Hi Figma Team,I had applied to attend Figma Config in Bengaluru on October 15, but unfortunately, my application was not selected.A friend of mine received an invitation to attend, but she lives in another city and unfortunately won’t be able to attend the event. I, on the other hand, live in Bengaluru itself and would really love the opportunity to attend.I wanted to check if it would be possible for her to transfer her unused invitation/pass to me, or if there is any process through which I could attend in her place. I completely understand if the invitations are non-transferable, but I wanted to check with the Figma team before making any assumptions.I’d genuinely love to attend Config, connect with the Figma community, and learn from the sessions. Since I’m based in Bengaluru, it would be an amazing opportunity for me to attend if the unused pass can be transferred. Please let me know if this is possible or if there’s anything we need to do from our side.Thank you so much! 😊

Feature Request: Batch Individual Auto LayoutApply Auto Layout to multiple selected items as individual frames rather than grouping them into a single parent frame. Current Format: Pressing Shift + A or selecting "Add Auto Layout" with multiple items selected automatically nests all items into one new Auto Layout frame. Proposed Enhancement: Introduce a modifier key (e.g., Shift + Alt + A) or a toggle in the Auto Layout panel that allows users to "Apply individually." This would wrap each selected layer in its own independent Auto Layout frame simultaneously. Benefits: Massively speeds up workflow: Eliminates the need to manually wrap 10+ items one by one. Maintains Layer Hierarchy: Prevents accidental nesting and unnecessary "Frame 1, Frame 2" group structures. Consistency: Makes it easier to apply uniform padding and alignment settings across different UI elements at once.

In the Figma UI, you can create a color variable that references another color variable (alias) and override its opacity — producing a "composed color" value. This is extremely useful for building semantic color systems where, for example, surface/overlay = palette/neutral/900 at 54% opacity. However, the Plugin API currently does not support writing these composed color values via setValueForMode(). Attempting to do so throws:Uncaught Error: in setValueForMode: Composed color variable values are not supportedMinimal reproduction scriptRun this in the Plugin API console or inside a plugin: // Step 1: Create a variable collectionconst collection = figma.variables.createVariableCollection("Semantic Colors");const modeId = collection.modes[0].modeId;// Step 2: Create palette/neutral/900 — a base colorconst paletteNeutral900 = figma.variables.createVariable("palette/neutral/900", collection, "COLOR");paletteNeutral900.setValueForMode(modeId, { r: 0.07, g: 0.07, b: 0.07 }); // Works fine ✅//

Hi Guys, Recently ive had to create my own figma drag and drop image plugin as i like the simplicity of viewing my images in a folder and be able to just drag straight into a shape. Currently in takes multiple steps.Selecting the shape Clicking the fill colour Selecting Custom Selecting the image gallery icon Then dragging my image into the small little preview then using a zoom feature at the bottom.I know there are alternative ways to handle this, but the current workflow is extremely frustrating. That’s why I created a plugin, see the link below:https://www.figma.com/community/plugin/1684024395230842248/drag-drop-images Another limitation is that you can only run one plugin at a time. Plugins should remain installed and active in the sidebar. If I open my plugin and then switch to another, I lose the drag‑and‑drop image functionality entirely. Drag & Drop Images This should be a standard feature. Dragging and dropping images shouldn’t require so many steps.Fixed Colour Style Pal

Hello Figma Support Team,I’ve built and published my site via Figma Sites under the custom domain: www.cozumyapitr.comHowever, when I try to submit the site to Google Search Console, I get the following error:❌ “URL cannot be indexed. robots.txt could not be fetched.”I’ve checked manually and indeed the robots.txt file returns 404 Not Found. Can you please assist me with enabling the robots.txt file or resolving this issue so that my site can be indexed by Google?Thank you very much.

When will you finally add Russian to the Figma interface? It’s been more than 5 years since I started using your product, and I’d like to see all the menus translated into Russian. Why can’t you simply create a translation in the same DeepSeek and add a separate option in the menu to select Russian? Constantly having to keep English in your head is, well, honestly not a great pleasure—just like forcing Americans to speak Chinese, even though for some reason it [Chinese] is present in the interface. Finally add Russian. Are you Russophobes or something? Well, then we’ll go to Pixso and work there, since you simply don’t value the Russian community.

How do I get the variable picker to reappear? This was not an issue before. I can only access it for frames that used the variable before but can’t apply size variables anew since the update. Additionally, it feels broken as I can’t click out of the size variable popover like I can do with any other popovers.

The keyboard shortcut works but gets into a weird state:The nav item being available caught me off guard and I did not realize the feature is meant only for ‘Design’ and ‘Dev’ (by reading the docs). Why doesn’t it work in ‘Draw’ mode too?Eitherway, it the keyboard shortcut shouldn’t invoke it if it’s not supposed to work in this mode.

A bit meta, but found a bug in the Forum here 😅The emoji picker gets overlapped with the reply input:...also, it would be a nice-to-have feature to have a search in the picker.

Today: As an agency, we’re frequently starting new projects for new clients. We’ve evolved a set of best practices for Figma file organization, per-client design systems, etc. These best practices have been captured in a Starter Project project in Figma. However, to use this Starter Project each designer must duplicate each file in the Starter Project individually and then move them over into a new project. Idea: We’d love to see Figma support duplicating projects in addition to the existing file duplication functionality. This would be a small but noticeable improvement in efficiency for spinning up new client projects.

My team mate is having an issue where the Figma prototype link is showing as black or flashing black and white when they open the link. Other team mates do not have this issue. Can someone help us figure out why?

Hi,we are running into a serious issue with slots in our design system. Our setup is this: we create and maintain our components in a shared library file, which represents our design system. These components are then used as instances in separate design/view files. Many of our components rely heavily on slots for flexible content areas. The problem: when we publish changes to the design system library and update them in the view file, the slots inside the component instances are not updated correctly. For example, variable assignments such as spacing or padding values are not applied to the existing slot content (instances inside). The only workaround we currently have is to fully reset the slots in the instances. But this removes the custom content every time, which makes the workflow unusable for real product work. This is critical for us because our entire design system is built around slots. It used to work more reliably, but in the current state it is basically unusable. This seems rel

This started happening for our team around the time folders were rolled out in Figma. Despite knowing that a file exists, it will not pull up when searched. Once a team member manually finds the file, it will show up in the search.

Hi, I’m experiencing an issue with Figma Motion Beta on iPhone. The exact same prototype and shared link were working normally on my iPhone yesterday, but today the Motion animations no longer work on iPhone. The prototype still works correctly on desktop.I have already tested Safari, Private/Incognito mode, and another simple Motion Beta prototype. The same issue occurs with all of them on iPhone, while they work correctly on desktop.I haven’t changed anything in the prototype since it was working yesterday.

Instances cannot be dragged, normal elements work like i show using the text field. However Instances needs to be manually inputted through the inspector panel to the right. Very frustrating.Attachment is a recording showing the bug.Tried restarting, updating. Nothing works, this started happening around Juli/August.
