I can’t find the italic versions of Noto Serif. I might be missing something but I’m not seeing them as available when selecting font weight. I tried on browser and desktop versions of Figma with no luck. The italic versions are available on Google Fonts though. Normally, I would just download and add to my laptop through Google Fonts as a work around, but in this case that seems to make Figma read it as a local font which is unusable on Figma Sites. Does anyone know what’s going on?
Figma loads but shows a broken or pixelated canvas. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, tried webgl and every other thing possible. It’s does this on both desktop and website for chrome but on Mozilla website it working well. What can I do please?

I’m working on a Figma site and noticed an issue where the font appears differently in preview or published mode. For example, I’m using SF Pro Bold in my design, but it renders as SF Pro Regular when previewed or published. Is this a known issue with Figma Sites? Are there any recommended or “safe” fonts to use that retain their styling accurately in preview mode? Would love any insight or workaround if this is a bug. Thanks! Preview Design
I spent hours choosing fonts in my Figma Design file, only to move to Figma Sites where I can’t use my custom fonts. It’s so confusing because the custom fonts work great in Design and even look good in Sites when you are building (why is it supported in the design part of Sites at all if it isn’t an available feature? That’s misleading). It’s only when I started previewing my work in Sites that I started to catch on that there was an issue. Frustrated and considering moving to a different program because of this. Anyone else running into this issue?
Hello 👋, Our team is very enthusiastic about the Figma Buzz concept, we decided to try it out. I created templates, locked the layers that don't need editing, published them, shared them with my colleague and gave him editing permission. My colleague logged in but was able to edit every layer of the template, also the locked ones. And also if he uses that template in a new file. Could you help me find out what's wrong? Why Figma Buzz doesn't meet our expectations? In the first screenshot below, we see the layers are locked in design mode. And in image 2 and 3, we see the user the template is shared with able to edit the same layers, while in Buzz mode. I cannot find similar questions in the Forum. Are we the only team having this problem? 😔For now we've concluded that Figma Buzz's beta version is not sufficiently developed for our current collaboration needs. Because we did not experience the anticipated 'simplified editing experience.' Thanks a lot in advance!Marinske
I’m currently working on a dashboard using the new grid system of AutoLayout but I can’t find a way to add new rows to a frame without distorting the elements I’ve already placed on the grid. I started with a 10x8 square grid an then decided to add more rows to fit other components; if I add them from the grid options it will keep the frame size and fit the new rows within the height it has, changing the row height. From there I’d have to adjust the height of the frame manually so I could keep the same row height I had before. Is there a way to define the width and height of the columns and rows? wouldn’t it be easier if I could add rows with the same row-height that would adjust automatically the height of the frame if there’s enough space on the parent frame? Example before adding the rows After What I wanted (adjusted manually (not sure if I kept the same row height without a calculator)) How I think it could work: Ex: Add a new row in a Word table (similar to Google sheets)
So, whenever I wanted to export a design from FIGMA to a code (HTML) it works perfectly fine. When I tried doing the same thing with the new Apple Liquid Glass feature it always exported it as if its just a guassian blur effect. Would really appreciate if anyone can help me know if this is even possible to export this effect as a code (HTML) or not.
Hello, after the latest Figma update, I can no longer see the icons in the Layer panel that indicate whether a layer is a master component or an instance, or whether a frame has auto-layout. Is there a setting to display these icons in the Layer panel?
Hello Everyone, i’m a beginner Figma user and want to design a banner for a home page. My issue is the following: rectangle and text created and then autolayout for the whole group but when i want to set the opacity of the rectangle (50%) the text color is also become lighter. See the pictures attached. Does anyone have a solution for me?Thank you in advance
Has anyone successfully migrated their Make project code to Cursor or VSCode? If so, what steps did you take.
Very low performance speed in Figma Make when the thread reaches large sizes (currently 230+ iterations). All actions in the chat area occur with a significant delay (typing, scrolling, etc.), making it impossible to work. However, the prototype itself works well within FM. Has anyone encountered this? What could be the cause? Could it be related to the power of the laptop?
It first worked on the instance (the plus icon) properly=> But as soon as I try to apply for components, the Apply variable/Property icon disappeared => Also after applying the property for all the plus icon, now it its not working =>
