I’m logging with same e-mail address. I have different pp on https://help.figma.com/ and have different one on https://forum.figma.com/ . When I try to change on help.figma.com it says “The name, profile photo, phone, and email are set automatically. You can't change them here.” I’m not logging with google etc

Our forum and help.figma.com are managed on different platforms, which is why they do not share the same profile information. You can learn how to update your Avatar here.

Please note that the profile photo you see on help.figma.com is likely a Gravatar. There are many online apps that use Gravatar to store and control user avatars, but the service most closely associated with it is WordPress. If you ever created a Wordpress account with this email and uploaded an avatar, that avatar will automatically become your avatar. This is also the case for many other services that use Gravatar. 
 
If you don’t have a Gravatar account already, we also suggest you log in to Gravatar at https://gravatar.com/ (or sign up for an account using the same email as your Figma account) and upload a different Gravatar image to make sure the current one isn't shown in other unexpected places in Figma.

Thanks for your response. I don’t use gravatar. I have a picture different from others at help.figma.com . I want to change this picture but it says “The name, profile photo, phone, and email are set automatically. You can't change them here.” I don’t know where it pull the picture.

If you don’t use Gravatar, you likely created an account with another service that does use Gravatar, which is where the picture is being pulled from. Again, you can sign up for a Gravatar account using the same email as your Figma account at https://gravatar.com/ and upload a different Gravatar image. Please note that it make take some time for the avatar to update across both platforms.

Hey, I ran into the same thing! From what I understand, Figma separates the Help Center and the Forum accounts, so your profile picture and name can be different on each. The Help Center info is synced from your main Figma account and can’t be changed there directly. If you want them to match, you need to update your main Figma account settings, and it should reflect across the Help Center.
