Hello, I have activated my student subscription until October 2026, but for unknown reasons it has ended, although my studies at “Yandex Practicum” are still underway. How can I reactivate my subscription?

I took a look at your account on the backend, and it looks like you were verified for the Education plan for a bootcamp.  For bootcamp students, education status is only valid for 6 months. Since you were verified on February 2nd, your student verification was only valid through August 2nd. 

Since you’re still taking your course, please reach out to the Education team directly at Education@figma.com for help.
