Missing and inaccessible files in my Figma account

Hello,

I have an issue with missing and inaccessible files in my account [email redacted by moderator].

  1. A file named "дизайн бюро" disappeared from my Drafts. Yesterday I worked on it, and today it is gone. I did not delete it myself, and I cannot find it in Recents, Deleted, or any other workspace.

  2. Some other files in my account do not open and show a 404 Not Found error (I attached a screenshot).

I confirm that that’s not team projects!

Could you please help me restore the missing file and fix access to the others

    Hey Olga -- I suspect that there may be a permissions issue on the draft/file you’re unable to find, but I can’t be certain -- check out this page on how drafts work to see if it helps answer your questions: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/articles/18409526530967-Updates-to-how-drafts-work#h_01HFT56NQ72T6ZKH93X9KA54C3
