When I subscribed to Weavy.ai, before it was aquired by Figma, I was able to use an email/password instead of SSO. Today I got signed out of that account and cannot access it because the email/password login is not an option anymore. I still have credits on that account!@Figma-Weave team, how can I access my account again?
Dear [Support/Sales Team], I’m writing to express my concern and frustration regarding the Organization Plan tied to my account. sent an email requesting to downgrade the plan and reduce the number of seats as we no longer needed them. However, despite that request, I just received a new invoice charging for all seats, including those we no longer use. I previously encountered unexpected charges for additional seats that were never intentionally added. There seems to be no clear way to cancel or manage the subscription directly from the dashboard, which makes the process even more frustrating.I would appreciate a prompt and clear resolution to this issue, including a review of the charges and confirmation that the plan will not be renewed again without my consent.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Hope you’re well!I can’t login to my figma - because when I request for email verification in browser, the email doesn’t come to me in time. It takes 10 minutes for the email to reach me. In Figjam, when I have a shape selected (like square) and change the color of that shape. I am always reset back to the circle shape. The selected shape should persist regardless of the color change. Super annoying

Retrying multiple times usually doesn’t help. Other models work correctly, иut the result, of course, is not as good.
Figma make suddenly stopped working. Every time I try to give prompt, it shows error continuously showing ‘something went wrong’ in red showing some weird ID. I need to complete my task ASAP. I tried to reach the Figma support team by mailing at support, still no response!!

I created a figma sites page and I have created an accordion component with two states “collapsed” and “expanded”. The component has the interaction to change to the opposite on click. This works very well on normal figma prototype. Problem on figma sites:I added an instance of the accordion and adapted it’s content. Than I preview the site and the content of expaned accordion will be the placeholder content of the main component… To solve this problem I have created a component set of all 4 accordion parts with the individual text contents. If these accordion items are collapsed by default on the site, they won’t open. If I set the accordion items on expanded by default they will open and close without a problem… but I do not want to expand all items by default.Hope you can fix this issue, thank you!

Hello!I’ve set up a website using Figma Sites and need to use 2 pairs of fonts:Abernathy light + Circular (book and bold) Georgia regular + Arial (regular and bold)To get Abernathy and Circular working, I was asked to upload WOFF/WOFF2 files for them, which I did (WOFF2 for both), and they’re working perfectly fine. When I tried to include Arial and Georgia by following the same steps, I’m able to successfully upload them, but on publishing and checking them in the inspector, they’re not being rendered at all. Instead, Helvetica is being rendered in their place. I also don’t see any @font-face rules for Arial and Georgia, whereas Abernathy and Circular have them.When I checked the meta data using https://fontdrop.info/, the WOFF2 and TTF versions were identical so it didn’t seem to have anything to do with that. When asking the Figma chat bot about this, it mentioned that custom fonts aren’t available, but then surely that would mean Abernathy and Circular wouldn’t work either, since t

Backstory: I’m trying to create a website. I tell what i want and it makes it, no problem. Problem arises when it doesnt display the visual as i told him to do, in this case, stacked bar graphs. went over 3 versions as it says on the figma make editor and when i see older versions (ver 5 and ver 6), they display the visual exactly how i want it, but it did not display the same when figma make showed me the output. In this instance you can see in the images that i’m going to attach here.this image 1 is the output(ver 7) from figma make (this is app SS but over website was the same) and it doesnt display the stacked bar graphs like i want.image 1 this is image 2 and is the output (ver 5 / ver 6) after i go back to preview a former version. Figma make didnt show me the stacked graphs when it was a fresh output (ver 5 and 6). i thought it's an AI thingy where sometimes it doesn't give the right output and have to explain him which took me through ver 5 to ver 7, but by mistake i previewed
During March 2026, I used Figma Make with 1 Full seat purchased in February. At some point my credit balance reached zero, but Figma Make continued to function without any interruption, warning, or usage cap. No error messages were shown. The only information I found about this behavior was in community discussions suggesting that credit limits were "not enforced yet" during early access.After my subscription renewed (after March 18), my admin checked the billing dashboard and found usage immediately displayed as 6,266 / 3,000 — more than 2x the monthly limit. The admin console tooltip explicitly states: *"Full seat limits weren't enforced yet."*I had no way to monitor or control credit consumption once the balance hit zero, as the product gave no indication that usage was still being tracked.**Reproducible pattern:** The issue appears to be systemic — credit limits were not enforced during the early access period, but usage was tracked retroactively and surfaced as an overage at renew
