PLEASE HELP. I AM A HIGHER EDUCATION STUDENT BUT THEY ARE NOT ALLOWING ME TO USE AI.

Hey ​@vinnie 816 , Celine from the Figma Community Forum here!  Sorry to hear you're running into this.

I took a look at your account, and it currently appears to be verified under a K–12 Education plan. At this time, features including Figma Make, Figma Sites, and AI aren't available on K–12 Education plans, which is why you don't have access. We'll continue to review how these features are offered in the future.

If you're currently enrolled in a college or university (rather than K–12), please re-verify once again your education status by following these steps in our Help Center article here: Figma for Education.
For higher education, you can apply directly at figma.com/education/apply with your school-issued email address, select Higher ed for institution type and complete the SheerID verification process. Hope this helps clarify things!
