Refund request for 1 monthly seat on Figma team account

방금 실수로 팀 계정의 시청자 권한을 전체 좌석으로 변경했는데,
그 때문에 월 이용권이 1장 추가되었습니다.
이전에도 실수로 월 이용권 20달러가 추가로 청구된 적이 있는데, 이 추가 요금을 취소하고 싶습니다.

즉시 권한을 해제했고, 7월 27일에 추가된 월 이용권을 삭제하고 싶습니다.
또한, 카드 등록을 하지 않았는데 요금이 나중에 (후불로) 청구되는 것이 맞나요?
후불 결제를 차단할 수 있다면 어디에서 설정해야 하나요?

Good news, I can confirm this has already been reviewed and resolved by our support team, please check directly your support case. For reference, your case is 2034405.

  • The additional Full monthly seat that was added by mistake has been removed, and the associated invoice has been voided. Your team is back to its previous seat configuration.
  • Regarding your billing question: yes, Figma uses postpaid billing for seat additions or upgrades made during an active billing period. This means any additional charges are billed at the time they're incurred, using the default payment method on file (even if you didn't manually add a card, a default payment method saved to your account is used automatically.)
  • At this time, there isn't a setting to block postpaid charges for seat additions or upgrades. To help prevent this from happening again, we'd recommend reviewing your team's seat assignment permissions in team admin settings, and limiting who is able to assign paid (Full) seats. More information on this Help Center article here.
