Hey @Nazrin , Celine from the Community Support team at Figma here. Thanks for reaching out in the Figma Forum. To help track this down, could you tell us a bit more about what you're seeing?

A few things that would help:

  • What exactly looks wrong (e.g. blank/blurry canvas, shapes not displaying correctly, colors off, flickering, etc.)? (A screenshot or screen recording of the issue would help to visualise the issue)
  • Are you using Figma in the browser or the desktop app, and what's your OS?
  • What GPU is your machine using? Figma relies on WebGL for rendering, and certain GPUs — like Intel HD Graphics 3000 — have known bugs that can cause rendering glitches/rendering, and behavior can vary from browser to browser.
  • Also worth checking your browser version against our minimum requirements, since older versions can cause rendering issues too:
    • Chrome 99+ (113+ for shaders)
    • Firefox 101+ (141+ for shaders)
    • Safari 16+ (26+ for shaders)
    • Microsoft Edge 121+
  • Try to force-quit and restart Figma

Full details here: What are the system requirements for Figma

If you are still running into issues after checking these steps, you're also welcome to reach out directly to our support team for further investigation by going to the Support Hub / Type “Report a bug” / Click Start a chat, select Enter and follow the prompts.

In the form, include the URL of the file and grant "Can View" access with support-share@figma.com, and screenshot or screen recording of the issue.  That way the support team can take a closer look at what's happening on their end with your specific case, thank you!
