I no longer have access to my email: [redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII]. My school decided to randomly delete my account. How am I able to reset the email and gain access to all my work? I have the email and password but its making me enter a code sent to an email that no longer exists.

Hi, I am having issues using interactions on instances of components with their own interactions. Two concrete cases:Case 1:I have a button component with on-hover interaction. I create an instance of this button into a form step and make this form step a component. I add an on click interaction (or mouse up) that is going to set a variable, when the button is clicked I add an instance of the form. I can still see the on-clik interction for setting the variable. I add a second on-clik (or mouse up) interaction to change to a new frame, as I want it to smart animate between the two frames. The on-hover from the button component works as intended tough.Expected outcome is that clicking on the button now will both set the variable and change frame. However, it dosen’t work. Depending on what combo of on-click and mouse up interaction I use, the instance interaction overwrites the component, and it only do the frame change or nothing works.Case 2:I have a toggle component with on-hover an

After List View was restored (last week) it lost its capability to retain the user’s sorting preference:Before: I set it order by “Alphabetical” and would retain the sorting preference.Now: It resets to default by “Last modified” every time I reload the page.

I used the sRGB profile, but it still displayed as display p3.I hope to resolve the following problems:1. CSS does not display the color display p3 in Figma dev mode2. HiWe purchased full Seat, it mentioned full seat have AI acces but I’m not able access that. How can I acces AI feature in Figma? 

This didn’t happen before. I noticed today when I click on an object to add effects, the selection outline is in the way and I can’t see what I am doing properly.For example, applying a 1px inner shadow, or a slight drop shadow. I can’t see what I am doing now because the selection outline obfuscates everything.Is there a way to toggle this on and off, or have it like it was before?Thanks

I am using the web version of Figma and suddenly this gray bar started showing up on the right i can click on elements it is covering how do I fix this issue?

We have a “Media” component in our design system which assigns the aspect ratio to a property. PropertiesAspect Ratio: 1:1 | 5:4 | 4:3 | 3:2 | 16:9 | 2:1 | 21:9Orientation: Horizontal | Vertical When we create an instance of this component, resizing works and the aspect ratio remains locked. Using the Aspect Ratio property works as expected. However, if the component is resized, then the Aspect Ratio property seems to break. It will make the instance resize to an arbitrary aspect ratio based on the width of the instance and the height of the variant for said property. If you simply click the edge or a corner as if to resize it, the instance updates to the appropriate aspect ratio.

Hello everybody! Me and my team are experiencing rather strange behavior when applying string variables to the font family property of a text. Especially if this text is nested inside a component. I did report this as a bug already, but was wondering what the community is experiencing. Here is the link so you all can test it. brief scenario: Created a text component using a string variable for the font family Put an instance of the text component inside an auto layout and override the font family with a different variable alt+drag the auto layout to duplicate it [the text will switch back to the first (initial) variable even though the other variable seems to still be referenced]. Anybody having similar issues. This is causing a lot of headache at the moment.

 Hi. We have a plan to introduce Figma as a UI design tool.So I have been trying contact Figma sales team over a week, but no one  answers. How can I contact?  

When I need to use larger text, often to highlight something on the artboard, the text box that appears is much too small for the text.  This has been an issue for at least six months now.  And I can’t find any way to resize the textbox properly; the large text always sits outside of it.  It’s ugly, but it also makes the element difficult to manage and manipulate.  Any fixes?

While using UI3, after selecting multiple instances of the same component, properties controlled by a toggle do not indicate that there are mixed values within the selection, but instead show as “all on.”Switching back to UI2, the same selection shows the “mixed/partial” selection state for the toggle.UI3 Toggle When Mixed Values are Within the Selection UI2 Toggle When Mixed Values are Within the Selection 

I'm facing a strange issue. As shown in the link below (just an example), the hover state of the icon is not working in the bottom-right corner (inside the red dotted box). Everywhere else, the component behaves as expected.What could be the root cause?   

This is ridiculous. You deleted the feature where you can change orientation of the frame from portrait to landscape, instead you put that stupid “rotate 90° to the right” button, and when you ROTATE it the layout grid is just not visible! Please fix that

Hi I receive this error when I try to connect Lokalise. I sent a mail to contact but I could not receive an answer yet. An unexpected error has occured… Try to restart the plugin, if it doesn’t help - log out or disconnect and start over.

My software has been in the loading state since I opened it, and I can't see the page. I have already ruled out network issues, and now I can't use it normally. Please help me.

I have tried the following methods, but none have worked:Cleared the cache of the Figma app. Closed and refreshed the file. Duplicated my Design System file and imported it into my file.Despite these attempts, the issue persists. Could someone please assist me in resolving this?

Hello, We tried with my team to insert instance from the company library, but the insert instance button and the modal itself are not working anymore (once you click on the btn insert or on any variables btn, the modal closed itself). The only way to insert it, is by drag & drop the instance in the files.When looking at the console, it says the following : Is there a way to fix this ? or is it a figma bug ?  We tried on several account, several libraries and from desktop app to web app, the result is always negatif. Thank you for your feedback and help!Have a nice day,Aliénor

I have a strange problem with Figma’s professional plan billing.He wants me to pay 40$ for 1 seat, telling me I have two. I tried to shift “full” role to “read” to guess what’s going on. Tried to reboot figma and to open on another laptop. Nothing happened.Figma don’t allow me to shift “view” role to “full” despite the fact that I’m the admin of the project I billing. Can it be because of my customer who came once to my project as an editor? I turned him into reader now, but cost didn’t change. Please help me solve this problem, pay for 1 seat and have edit role to my files again

I was using figma paid version for the variable feature. Then, they increased the price and also made variable feature free. So I thought to downgrade to free version and moved my 2 files from project to drafts, but it is still showing locked. Though, I can modify all these files and work on them. Why is that?
