I’ve been trying to verify my account for the Figma Education Plan for week and through Sheer ID I have submitted my school documents. But after I received ‘Get verified for Figma’ Email from Sheerid Verification, I’m stuck with this reviewing process. My Education plan is going to expire in a single day and because I’m in the middle of highly important project, this is very critical situation. I did not expect this process to take this long. I’m really not sure what else to do—any guidance or help would be greatly appreciated.
