Education application form stuck on “Loading verification form…”

I understand you’re running into an issue where the “Loading verification form” screen stays stuck after you click “Next” button (on what looks like the second step of the Education application page) and are unable to complete the form submission.

If you’re still seeing this problem, could you please double-check that you’re following these steps to access the form?

1. Log in to Figma using the account you want to verify. If you have a school-issued email address, please use it.

2. Visit the Education status application page: https://www.figma.com/education/apply.

In the meantime, I’ll go ahead and check with our team about possible solutions for the “Loading verification form...” screen. Once I have an update, I’ll follow up here.
