Hello, I am relatively new to Figma. I had my professor look at my settings and he is confused why my animations were not functioning. Our assignment required the Smart Animation setting called Bouncy. It was working fine for my classmates, they had the exact same settings as me. But it would just skip the animation for me. It will not function on default Smart Animation + Bouncy either. I had a strobe effect issue with some other animations that day, but I can make a separate post for that. I did this classwork on Fire Fox, Windows 10, Asus laptop.

I was working on my homework and have been on my Fire Fox, Windows 10, Custom desktop PC. Same problem with bouncy. So I tried the desktop app and Microsoft Edge to see if the Figma app was just acting up with the latest Fire Fox update. Nope. Still struggling with the exact same problem. Which makes sense since this is a web app. Both my laptop and desktop have at minimum 32GB of RAM, with 3000 series cards, etc. This is not a performance issue.

I am completing my homework with the Slow effect, because it actually functions. Bouncy is practically just clicking into my next component. Just the default Smart Animation + Bouncy does not function at all for my account. Which is a higher education account. I see another post by student with the same issue. Maybe the higher ed accounts are bugged with this feature? I was having general accessibility issues when I first started.
