Dear Figma Team,I am an administrator for the "RGI SpA admin" organization. I am contacting you to request assistance with setting the number of seats for the annual renewal.On April 17, 2025, we purchased 15 Full seats and 5 Dev seats for the annual period April 17, 2025 - April 17, 2026 with an organization plan.We later determined that the number of "full seats" was redundant: we are only using 10 full seats, while the other 5 have been in status “available” for long time.Therefore, we would like to downgrade the number of seats for the next renewal.Specifically, we would like to purchase only 10 Full seats and 5 Dev seats for the renewal on April 17, 2026.However, by clicking on the "preview renewals" tab, it is not possible to reduce the number of seats; I can only click on the "confirm renewal estimate" button.Can you help me remove the 5 unused full seats and renew only 10 full seats (in addition to the 5 dev seats which are already correct) ?Best regards,Leonardo Lenzi

Hi Figma team,There's a user I don't recognize on my account with a view only seat. I know many Daves, but this person’s email address includes their last name, and I don't know anyone by that name. I'm on the professional plan so I don't have access to activity logs. There is no info in the “last active” column and their join date is “joined prior to tracking”.I've tried clearing my desktop app cache and restarting. I can see this user in the desktop app (Mac version 126.8.16) and Chrome (149.0.7827.201).

Hi Figma team,Right-click suddenly stopped working on the Figma Design canvas on my iPad. It was working normally until yesterday.The important detail is that right-click still works everywhere else in Figma, including the Layers panel and Figma menus. It only does not work directly on the Design canvas.I am using an iPad with a mouse.I have already tried:Refreshing Figma multiple times Completely restarting the iPad Creating and testing with a new Figma account Opening the file in Safari Opening the file in the Figma app Checking that “Ctrl + click opens right click menus” is enabled Disabling “Show Agents on canvas” Trying Ctrl + left-click Trying Command + right-click Trying a long right-clickNone of these solved the problem.Right-click works in the Layers panel, but not on the canvas. This makes normal workflows such as grouping layers, changing layer order, renaming, and other context-menu actions very difficult because I normally use the right-click menu for these operations.This

The Detach instance stopped working idk what happened but i reset the app and the PC it didn’t work and even when i tried to use Figma on Browser the detach didn’t work  

Hi @Figma Support team, I am writing to report an issue regarding access to Figma Agent - Skills (Beta) for my team members on our Professional plan.Although all team members have paid, full-access Professional seats, they are unable to view or access the Skills feature under Figma Agent.For reference: Image 01 (Admin view): Shows the "Agent - Skills" option visible and fully accessible. Image 02 (Team member view): Shows that the option is missing entirely, despite the user having full access permissions. To troubleshoot, I created and published a custom skill directly to our team space to see if it would trigger access for them. When I try to right click (ctrl + click) on a layer on my Mac, it doesn’t open the default layer menu. It usually works again on second attempt. I have the “ctrl + click opens right click menus” option enabled.Interaction I am seeing when I ctrl + click:Expected interaction:

Hi Figma support,We are having a issue with in prototype mode for specific flow when navigating with keyboard arrow left and right voor next or previous frame in the flow. Description of the bug/issue When navigation through a prototype with your arrow keys left or right. The prototype stays stuck and is only able to navigate to the first 2 frames and doesn’t further through the whole prototype.   Reproduction path (Simple) Create 4 frames with previous en next buttons Link the next buttons to the next frame and previous frame Start prototype mode Click on the buttons you can go through the flow (works fine) Use keyboard keys left and right to go through the prototype (doesn’t work correctly) It gets stuck on the first and 2nd frame when navigating which keyboard arrows Figma in Chrome and Figma app Tahoe 26.6 , Chrome browser 150.0.7871.187 ,  Figma app 126.7.10 Trouble shooting we’ve done Relink all the frames Create a brand new file move the frame and relink Cut and Paste

When copy/pasting a component instance between Figma files, variable bindings on auto-layout padding (and likely gap) are silently dropped and replaced with static values — even though the property still displays a "linked variable" icon in the UI. Other variable-bound properties on the same node (fill, corner radius, typography) retain their live bindings through the same paste. This makes the padding/gap binding appear connected when it is not, and breaks any subsequent "Swap library" action for that property, since there's no live reference left to relink. The padding field still displays a variable-linked icon/pill after paste, visually indistinguishable from a genuinely bound property. Clicking into it opens the variable picker showing "No variables available" — the reference is dead. Fill, corner radius, and typography on the same pasted instance do resolve correctly to their source variable names when clicked, confirming this is isolated to padding (and likely gap/other auto-lay

 Our team has been using Figma for about a year. Around 10 days ago, our boards started behaving strangely, and some team members are seeing shaky and skewed images. The design images are 100% correct, and while they display correctly for some team members, they appear distorted for others. I’m attaching examples of the skewed images for reference.

Not seeing MCP Server option in Figma Desktop | Figma Forum I am having the exact same problem in the referenced conversation. I cannot find the option to enable the mcp server even though it is in a profession team’s project on a Dev Seat

Multiple members in my team are unable to comment on files, they get an error “figma has restricted commenting”. Please help me with this.

Usually, creating a new comment in Figma Design opens the comment bubble and places the cursor inside the input to allow me to immediately start typing.Recently I have noticed that sometimes (I’m not sure exactly what specific scenarios) the cursor doesn’t get placed into the comment bubble. This is hard to notice and the inconsistency makes it annoying as I start typing and then, rather than typing my comment, Figma starts jumping around as my keypresses are registered not as text input, but as UI shortcuts, navigation between boards, changing tools and so on. This then takes several seconds to revert back to how things were and find where I was in my file, and takes my focus off the comment I was trying to make. After this happens, the next comment might be absolutely fine, or it might happen again - there’s no obvious pattern of when it does/doesn’t happen.

The generate_figma_design tool — documented as "Claude Code only, remote only" in Figma's developer docs(https://developers.figma.com/docs/figma-mcp-server/tools-and-prompts/) — is not available in my Claude Code session despite the Code to Canvas feature being officially announced on Feb 17, 2026. My setup:  - Figma MCP remote server is connected and working (all other tools like get_design_context, get_screenshot, whoami etc. work fine)  - Full seat on a Pro tier Figma plan  - Figma desktop app is running  - Claude connector browser shows Figma connector version 1.0.3 The tool simply isn't exposed in the tool list. Is this a version/rollout issue on the connector side, or are there additional requirements to access this tool?

The result is always the same:On the browser, the error message “Couldn't send to Figma" On Figma, a new completely blank file On Claude Code the mcp outputs “ Status for capture ID `d1ecf357-9ddb-4ecf-b704-c813feb3063e`: **processing**. “ in an endless loopIt NEVER works. Copying and pasting does, but that’s not much help. The whole point here is to have Claude moves stuff around, not people.Has anybody managed to get this thing working?Even a simple HTML/CSS page with no JS whatsoever fails. 

Issue Description: I am experiencing a consistent issue with the "Copy Design" button in Figma Make. After generating a design, clicking "Copy Design" and pasting it into the Figma canvas frequently results in a blank frame.Details: Reproducibility: Highly consistent (nearly 100% reproduction rate). Success Rate: Only about 1 out of 20 attempts successfully pastes the design. The rest all result in empty frames. Actual Result: An empty frame is pasted without any layers or content. Expected Result: The complete generated design should be pasted into the Figma file.    

Hello! I am out of credits in Figma Pro and now I cannot move the work AI and I have done to an editable version. How do I do that? Thanks!! 

Before the figma update, when creating an outlined button (with auto-layout / stroke position: Inside), the padding was the space from the text to the box. After the figma update, the padding is now from text to the border. The border counts as a separate +1 per side. This means when the user show/hide border, you see the component change in size.  This means that the fill button vs outline button now needs to have different paddings, OR we need to also add stroke to the fill button so the size is consistent. Please verify if this is a bug or a new feature...

I gave the ai a COMPLETE design from hours of work that I did by hand, all it needed to do was put it together and make the logic. After it gave me exactly what I didn’t want, I looked at it’s reasoning which I pasted below. It basically just ignored my extremely detailed prompt and artwork...The user is very upset and saying I sacrificed all their artwork. Looking back at what happened:They provided detailed instructions to preserve the magical lunar fantasy aesthetic from the attached images They specifically said "Treat the attached images as sacred visual source material. Preserve the artwork and aesthetic almost exactly" They emphasized multiple times NOT to simplify, flatten, restyle, or replace the artwork They said "Do NOT replace the art with flat gradients, generic illustrations, stock icons, or standard SaaS design patterns" They provided 8 attached images that should have been used as the visual referenceWhat I did:I built a React app from scratch with components I did NOT

Hi All, I understand this matter has been reported as fixed. However, I just moved around 30 files to trash and only ~ 10 appeared. They are no longer where they were moved from (“Recent”) either. Should I be concerned? It’s been approximately 10 minutes with various site/app refresh attempts/methods.
