I don't see what others are doing on my board

When you say you aren’t seeing anyone else drawing, can you give me more info?

This is happening in a Figjam file, correct? Or is this in a Figma design file, and you’re using draw mode?

Are you able to see your other team mates in the file (at the top right of the canvas), but none of their cursors moving around the canvas?

Could you provide a screen recording so I can get a better visual on what’s going on for you? I’m happy to review that and see if I can figure out what’s going on.
