Report a Problem

The IssueI am trying to give team level view permissions to members but they are not being received. Because of the confidentiality of the project, access permissions are controlled at team level and is set to “People invited to team”.  I am inviting the team members the same way I’ve done everyone previously but they don’t receive an email and they have no notifications to accept. Even if I add them to the team and then share a link they still can’t access the team or pages. Unless they are able to “Accept” the invitation they can never access any of the team content. Even this behavior feels inconsistent, because sometimes they can request access and sometimes it says it can’t be found. (Picture attached) It’s causing major issues with giving access to our new devs.  It’s also difficult to trouble shoot because they are on such a large time difference we are rarely on at the same time.Additional Info:We are on an Enterprise account We predominately only have trouble with our contract

Hi Figma Support,I’m having an issue with the CMS in a Figma Sites project. I have a verified student account and I am working on a Figma Sites assignment.I created a CMS collection called “Recipes”, but I am unable to edit or add CMS items.The issue is:I have edit access to the Figma Sites file and can make normal edits to the canvas. The left sidebar shows both CMS → Edit and CMS → Connect. The Recipes collection appears normally. However, when I open the Recipes collection, it only shows the CMS table in View only mode. The Edit option/tab is completely missing. I therefore cannot add new recipe items or edit the existing CMS fields.I have already checked this with my instructor, who also looked at the file and advised me to contact Figma Support.I also contacted the Figma support AI, and it suggested that because I can edit the canvas and the CMS sidebar contains both Edit and Connect, this may be a CMS-specific issue rather than a basic file permission issue.Could someone please h

Hi Figma team,Every time I convert a FigJam file into Figma Design, the objects look right and lose whatever made them useful in FigJam.Gradients are the clearest example. They come through visually fine. I can't touch them afterward: no stops, no direction, nothing to edit. Effects like shadows and blur do the same thing. They render, then freeze.I want converted objects to behave like native Figma Design objects. Editable gradients and effects. Objects I can still move, scale, rotate. Connectors that keep their routing and arrows and stay attached when I drag things around. Groups and components that don't strip out the interactive parts living inside them.This matters for the work I do: educational diagrams and mind maps, usually packed with connected objects, nested groups, components, gradients. I build the structure and relationships in FigJam. I polish the visuals in Figma Design. Moving a diagram from one to the other means rebuilding half the connections by hand, every time.I

When developers select an icon within a component, they cannot see the icon's color token in the right-hand panel, resulting in a very poor user experience. 

Today, while using the Figma Desktop MCP Server, I encountered a usage limit. My understanding is that this is a local MCP server, so I’m wondering why usage limits would still apply. Aren’t the limits described in the official documentation only applicable to the remote MCP server?If the local MCP server is also subject to usage limits, what is the daily limit? Hi Figma Support,I’m having an issue changing the email address associated with my Figma Education account.My current account uses my university/education email address, which will soon become unavailable. I’m trying to change it to my personal email address.The process works normally until the final verification step:I go to Settings > Account > Change email. I enter my new email address. Figma sends a confirmation email to the new address. I click “Confirm email address”. Figma asks me to enter an email address and password. I have tried entering the new email adress with my current Figma password, but Figma says thet the email/password combination is incorrect. Hello everyone!I’m facing a problem with the endless loading of projects in the desktop version of Figma on macOS 27. There are no errors; other projects were opening for a while, except for one project, but now everything has stopped working altogether. Everything opens fine in the browser. There were no prerequisites for this, and I can’t figure out what caused everything to break. I cleared the cache, rebooted, and didn’t use a VPN. Also, I don’t understand why the desktop version isn’t working. Has anyone encountered this?

Hi,Skills have disappeared from the Figma Agent. There used to be a separate Skills option in the "+" menu, but now it's gone — I only see Add images and files, Attach Figma file, Web search, Libraries, and Connectors (screenshot attached).I'm on an Organization plan, and I've already tried reloading. Figma Agent should automatically recognize and follow the styles and components already defined in PropsKit by default, instead of requiring users to manually find components in the playground and use Copy prompt. The current behavior is inconsistent because the agent sometimes creates its own styles instead of adhering to PropsKit. Hi everyone,I’m facing an issue with the icon behavior in my designs, I have the original Icons as components with a set color variable.When using them inside other components (nested) and changing their color variant, everything works perfectly, but then without me touching them they switch to showing the original color of the icon component in the view.the actual variable selected is preserved and correct, so it doesn’t actually like switch back to the original variable, it will say that it’s using icon-black for example, but in the viewport it will be showing icon-blue and even the stroke width variable is not applied while showing the setting is correct.I don’t know if this bug is related to slots, I’ve been using them heavily lately.also just duplicating the component will create a fixed one.sometimes undoing some of the other changes in the page (no one touched the actual component with the issue) it fixes itself.even like deleting it and leaving figma for a minute and then undoi

I work at a consulting firm, so there are a lot of different projects happening at the same time, along with many completed ones. I also work on multiple projects simultaneously.Right now I'm on a team with a lot of projects, and I need to switch between them several times a day.Earlier, it was very easy to open the latest files right from the preview and quickly scan through entire projects, since each project has a unique thumbnail style. Now the same task takes me much longer and requires more clicks. I have to open the folder first and then choose the file, whereas before I could open a file directly from the preview itself. It was easy to navigate and open recent files, fast and simple.Even when I needed to find a file that wasn't visible in the preview, it was still much easier to navigate.Please bring back the preview exactly as it was, or add an option in the settings or preferences to enable folder previews.

While using Figma motion, the animated frames or components set to play once are resetting to loop animations, every time. In present mode as well as on file.  Please suggest a fix urgently.

Hi, So our team DS system icons its pretty much all setup with a locked aspect ratio + a variable applied. This is from all the way back when these options were announced, I think was sometime last year, anyways. Recently we dont know why happened, But the aspect variable applied to that icon that is nested in a button (for example) can't be change anymore when using it across the any page. I think was up till few weeks ago all of that was working well but not it isn't. Please see attached images I tried creating a new button and nest any icon into it, then create a component out of it, inside. the component u can see the dimensions of the icon still has that variable applied, and I can just click on it and change the size easily. But once I copy that component and put it on any frame outside , the dimension variable doesn't show as applied anymore. And BTW all of this is happening across the whole platform which is dozens of files, this file im showing here is a the demo page inside t
