Unable to Publish Existing Skills After Reaching AI Credit Limit

Hi Figma team,

I've reached my monthly AI credit limit, and the + button in the agent's prompt box is now disabled.

I have already created custom Skills and would simply like to publish them for my team to use. However, I can't access Add context → Skills → Manage skills because the button is disabled.

Is there another way to access Manage skills and publish existing Skills without waiting for my AI credits to reset?

It would be helpful if users could still manage and publish existing Skills after reaching their AI credit limits, since these actions don't involve asking the AI to generate anything.
