Hi Team,I have been using Figma Make AI to create a web application. After running a few prompts, I received a message that I’ve reached the credit limit.Could you please guide me on: How I can check my current AI credit balance/usage? Whether there is an option to increase or purchase additional credits? If there’s any plan that allows unlimited prompts, since I need to create multiple screens and the current limit is restrictive. Looking forward to your guidance.

Figma currently allows viewing design differences (diffs) only between a branch and the master file during the merge process. This means that only designers can see these changes, and only at that specific point in time—after the design work for a feature is completed. However, developers also need visibility into these design changes to implement the feature correctly. Ideally, Figma should provide a way for developers to view the differences between the master file and the current branch at any time, not just during a merge. I cannot see a way to do this, am I missing something or is this feature not yet part of Figma?

Hello, just started the “Site” project in Figma and noticed many times that the design I see in working interface and in the preview are different. It happened many times and I just tried to avoid the problem, but this time I don’t know what to do. Has anyone tried to publish a Figma Buzz template? Personally I have no feedback to the click on "Publish" button on the “Publish your brand template” modal, and I can’t find my template anywhere.Has anyone experienced the same issue?

Hello Figma team!I hope you are well. A few days ago I encountered that the function of adding min/max height and width when using auto-layout is not available, It appears but it doesn’t give a chance to edit the values, I don’t know if it is an issue with my PC or if it’s the app. Thank you in advance.

When a word is bold and is misspelled, selecting a spelling recommendation removes the text styling. This does the same thing with color, it’s very annoying! You can see the “:” is still bold after the spell change, but “Recommendation” isn’t.

Dear Figma support team,in my last billing period I accidentally assigned a full seat to another email with viewing rights. Once I realized the mistake, I assigned it back to view-only immediately. But in the monthly invoice a 20$ one-time charges and credits appeared. I assume it’s for the accidentally assigned full seat. But since that wasn’t used at all, I would like to kindly request a possibility for refund. I understand your policy, but I would appreciate you reviewing this case for refund.Thank you!

Hello team, I am trying to implement Figma design in Jetpack Compose, but I am not able to match the result.In Figma, I have this:Which seems to result into this in Figma:But when applying in Android studio, the result is different:Where the green color represents export from Figma and the red color result from Jetpack Compose.There is a code if somebody is interested into it:And here is the used export from Figma:Any idea how to fix the result?

I face problem like, I create a single frame inside a frame but after sometimes i see that there is multiple frames. Why this happenning? 

I couldn't verify using our school email even though our school is listed in the school list—it throws an error. I've emailed SheerID support, filled out their support form, and done everything possible, but I can see now that Figma and SheerID are not respecting our time and not taking our concerns seriously. To give them a taste of their own medicine, if you're facing all these similar issues, let's review them on G2 and Trustpilot with 0 stars. This is my last option. I emailed Figma Education and Support with all the necessary documents that show we're a government school in Nepal. I'll ask my whole school's students to review them, and we'll see how they feel about it. When i have my app in preview mode you can select iphone 16 etc and how what it looks like in a real phone. however when you click full screen mode - to say share with stakeholders the app becomes all disjointed/looks messy - is there a way to share your figma make design in the iphone mode - like we do with figma prototypes?also ive tried to change the light grey background colour in the code and doesn’t seem to work - any ideas?

In prototype mode when you change the animation type (smart animate, dissolve, instant etc) it resets the duration each time.It’s quite annoying as if I’m trying to experiment with different animation effects It’s also changing the duration. They should be seperate changes.

Hi. When using both RTL and LTR text in a single text box, using the RTL text direction, everything is fine when LTR words come in the middle of RTL words, until you use LTR numbers with the LTR word. It messes up and puts the number as RTL instead! So if I write 2 Apples, in the explained scenario, it will look like Apples 2! (Spacing causes this, as i believe numbers can’t be recognized as LTR/RTL it defaults it as text direction override) Is there anything I’m doing wrong, or this is a bug to be reported?

When I use Copy as PNG on a selection/frame/image, Figma shows:“Copy failed. Your selection might be too large for the clipboard.”Exporting the same thing as a PNG file usually works, but copying to the clipboard does not even for size 1600x1600px. EnvironmentFigma: Desktop Beta app OS: Windows 11 File type: Design file  

We’ve noticed that in our organization, the “Share” feature under a Project doesn’t display the full list of members. It seems like the team member list is not synced or updated to include the latest members. Because of this, when we add new members to the organization, they still can’t directly see existing Projects. We have to manually invite them by email each time, which is quite inconvenient. Could someone confirm if this is a known issue or if there’s a workaround? Thanks! Our organization has 35 View Seats, 3 Dev Seats, and 23 Full Seats in total.However, when checking the Project’s “Share” member list, it only shows 34 members. 

I have followed the MCP server setup instructions, and tried connecting the started server to Cursor. However, the connection is stuck in “Loading tools” as can be seen in the screenshot. I need a way forward!  

When I try to share the Figma Make file I get these exclamation icons next to the can edit dropdown menu and it says an admin must update this seat so they can edit but I added one of the people who have the exclamation icons next to their permissions to my team? And we’re all on educational accounts and I really need to be able to collaborate on the website we made to do our final T_T please help

I'm encountering an issue in Figma Make where I tried to undo changes by restoring previous versions.  However, each attempt results in a "reasoning" or "try again" notification, and nothing seems to change. I'm now stuck and unable to revert or move forward.Has anyone experienced this before? Any suggestions on how to resolve it or force a reset to a stable or even published version?
