I am a single user (not a team) and I paid for a personal Figma subscription.
However, my account is currently showing as Starter, even though my paid period has not ended.

There is no Admin or Billing section since this is not a team account.
Please check which account my subscription is attached to and restore my paid plan.

Account email: [redacted by forum moderator to remove PII]
Payment date: every 26th

Thank you.

Hey @Junho Suh, thanks for flagging this!

I can see that you’ve already reached out to our support team and that they’ve just replied to your ticket (#1697413). They’ll be able to check exactly which account or team the subscription is attached to and help out.

Please follow up directly on that ticket when you have a moment, and they’ll take it from there. If you need help with anything else in the meantime, feel free to let me know!

Thank you,

Gayani

UPDATE: I am still paralyzed by this issue (Support Ticket: 1700172).

The support agent (Rin) acknowledges that my card is on file and that I am the one paying the bills (Invoice ID: in_1SiHnqlvcqWR3dFDxFaCNBrh). However, they keep wasting time arguing about "ownership" permissions instead of fixing the system error that caused this mess in the first place.

Here is the technical proof I’ve provided multiple times:

  1. My professional subscription (valid until the 26th) was downgraded to FREE by a system error, not by my choice.

  2. I am the SOLE creator and manager of my website hidden11.kr and my Instagram assets. I have been using the "Site" and "Buzz" features entirely on my own. My solo activity on these features is clear evidence of my ownership.

Despite this, my business site is still DOWN, and I am losing revenue every minute. It is unacceptable that a paying customer’s solo work is being held hostage due to a technicality that Figma's own system created.

I need a Senior Manager or Community Manager to intervene and perform a manual rollback immediately. Please restore my "Hidden11" team and "temp" files so I can get back to work.

Hey @Junho Suh, I’m really sorry you’re still stuck in this, and I hear how serious the impact is for you.

I’ve checked the latest updates on your case, and I can confirm that a Product Support Manager has already been involved. One of your files has now been successfully restored, which is a step forward. But I know that doesn’t solve the core problem yet.

At the moment, your site is still inaccessible, and I can see that some drafts, along with your custom Buzz design assets and libraries, are still missing. I’ve escalated this again internally with clear emphasis on the business impact and the need for further restoration, so the team can continue investigating and work toward a full rollback where possible.

I understand how urgent this is, and you’re right to push for visibility and resolution here!
