Verification Limit Exceeded Error encountered after series of verification errors for student

My student hasn’t been able to validate her account to an Education/Student Plan even though she’s a valid college student in my design class using her college issued email. She tried to validate her account for Student Plan numerous times but it kept saying an error had occurred and then said Verification Exceeded Limit for Student Plan. She then got removed from her Student Plan and now is stuck with the limited Free Plan. She’s now unable to do what other students in my class are doing. Please help.
