My student hasn’t been able to validate her account to an Education/Student Plan even though she’s a valid college student in my design class using her college issued email. She tried to validate her account for Student Plan numerous times but it kept saying an error had occurred and then said Verification Exceeded Limit for Student Plan. She then got removed from her Student Plan and now is stuck with the limited Free Plan. She’s now unable to do what other students in my class are doing. Please help.

For a bit of context in the meantime: when the “Verification Limit Exceeded” message appears, the verification attempts need to be reset directly by SheerID, who handle student eligibility checks on our behalf. Unfortunately, Figma isn’t able to manually review documents or override that limit, which is why SheerID is the best next step to get her back onto the Student Plan.
