Manual Verification Help - Institutional Email Issue

Hi everyone,

I am looking for assistance from a moderator or staff member regarding my Student Education Plan verification. I am a student at Tripura University, but I am currently stuck in the process with no way to proceed.

The Situation:

The Email Issue: My university does not provide institutional (.edu) email addresses. My personal email [redacted by moderator to remove personal information] is the official address used for my university records and portal. 

  • SheerID Status: A support agent (Justin Baul) reset my tokens but explained that SheerID cannot approve personal email addresses due to their policy, even with documentation.

  • Figma Support: I sent an email to the Education Team 4 days ago as recommended, but I haven't received a response or a ticket number yet.

  • Request: I have my Official Student ID and a Bonafide Certificate from my university ready to prove my status. Could a staff member please help me open a ticket or manually review my case so I can access the Education Plan?

Hi Tom,

Thank you so much for the warm welcome and for escalating this to the Education Team. I really appreciate you adding the extra context and providing the case number (1700056).

I understand the school-issued email requirement. Since my university does not provide one, I have my Official Student ID and a Bonafide Certificate ready to share with the team to prove my status.

I will keep a close eye on my email for their follow-up. Thank you again for your help!
