My account (trungle@ikameglobal.com) was suspended without any prior notice. I am a monthly subscriber and have been paying the subscription fee regularly.
After my account was suspended, my team was locked, which has significantly affected our work. I noticed that one of my teams may have an outstanding monthly payment from a previous billing period.
