Hello,

I am experiencing a login issue that started 4 days ago. Although my email and password are correct, and I receive a toast message stating that I am authenticated (e.g., "Authenticated to [redacted by moderator to remove personal information]"), I am repeatedly redirected to the login page and cannot access my account.

Here are the details:

  • Email: [redacted by moderator to remove personal information]

  • Browser / App: [e.g., Chrome / Figma Desktop App]

  • Steps taken so far:

    1. Cleared browser cache and cookies

    2. Tried incognito mode and another browser

    3. Restarted the Figma desktop app

  • Response received: HTTP 200 on login, but session does not persist

Additional information:

  • I can log in with other accounts without issue.

  • I tried the “reset password” option, but I did not receive any reset email.

  • I have attached a photo demonstrating the issue. cphoto redacted by moderator to remove personal account information]

     

This issue is preventing me from accessing my files and collaborating with my team. Could you please assist me in resolving this as soon as possible?
