I need you stop billing me. I no longer work for the company and they were supposed to take care of the billing.

I have a pending order on my credit card.  The billing was supposed to be managed by my previous employer ABS (American Bureau of Shipping).  I am no longer with the company and I am being billed for this service.  Please cancel it right now and stop billing me.

Appreciate you sharing the billing details. After checking, I can see that lamorris’s team is on a monthly Professional subscription that’s linked to your personal Gmail address, rather than a corporate email.

To stop any future charges, please log in to Figma using the personal Gmail account associated with lamorris’s team, then follow the steps in this Help Center article to cancel the subscription:

Celyn.  I don’t have access to that “lamorris” team when I log in using my personal email address “(redacted by the moderator due to PII) ”. Using my personal email (redacted by the moderator due to PII) as a login, I see that it is a free account.

The “lamorris” team and professional plan can only be seen when I log in using my company email address.  The huge problem is I don’t have access to that computer, email or password.  I don’t work for that company but I’m being billed.  I can’t fix this from my end.  Please cancel the subscription and stop billing me personally.
