Hi Figma Support Team,

I’m reaching out because I attempted the account verification process twice and, despite submitting all required documents, my account still wasn’t verified. When I tried submitting a third time, I received the message: “Verification Limit Exceeded.”

Could you please help me with one of the following:

Review my previous submissions and let me know what is missing or why they were not approved, and/or

Reset the verification attempt limit so I can resubmit, and/or

Escalate this for a manual verification review.

Details (if helpful):

Country/region: Canada

Date of attempts: 13th Jan 2026

I can see in the backend that you’ve also reached out to the Figma Education team, and I’ve added a follow-up note to your case. Update: The agent has reset your limit so you can try and apply again. We recommend clearing your cache and ensuring you are not connected to VPN during the verification process. If you are being asked to submit any documentation submitted, please be sure it includes your full name, university name, and term dates.
