I’ve discovered a reproducible prototype bug where any layer with an “On tap” interaction briefly flashes or shows its pressed state even when clicking anywhere else on the same frame.How to reproduce: Create a new file with two simple frames (e.g. Home + Next). Add a rectangle on the Home frame and give it an interaction: On tap → Navigate to Next. Run the prototype. Tap anywhere except the button — the button still flashes as if pressed. Expected: Button should only show its pressed/active state when tapped directly.Actual: The button reacts visually on any click within the frame, even on empty space.Tested in both browser and desktop apps (latest versions, Nov 2025) — same behaviour, so this appears to be a global bug rather than a file-specific issue.

Figma UI just got updated and Auto-layout settings are not visible now. Shortcuts like Shift + A in windows are applying auto layout, but its settings like changing direction, setting up positions. Why Figma keeps on changing its UI?  

I can't downgrade my student (which is I accidentally did) account to normal account? please advise……….

I have the problem that we are connected to a customer's project. Unfortunately, however, only 0 members are displayed in the team. But several are assigned.Whats the problem with it?

Hello,I recently graduated, so no longer have access to my school email. I have seen this issue quite a few times in the forum (locked out of Figma account that is tied to school email that can no longer be accessed) and was unable to get a response after I opened a support ticket, so here I am asking help for this issue.The workaround that is suggested by Support staff on this forum (email forwarding) is not an option for me unfortunately.Thank you!

I can’t use shift + option + {arrow key} to move an object WHILE measuring its distance to another object. Am I tripping here? I’m pretty sure this was possible until yesterday, I use it all the time to organize frames over bigger distances.Now it weirdly cycles through measuring distances around other close-by objects. So annoying.

When I’m zoomed into a frame (some of the frame is off screen) and I paste to replace (one frame or multiple frames across the canvas), my viewport shifts awkwardly and aligns to the bottom of the same frame (or another frame? I’m not even sure). It’s quite disorienting and forces me to navigate back to where I was. This seems unintentional and I’d recommend not moving the viewport at all.Thank you!

When I ask Figma Make for pop-ups, I am never able to change the width of the modal that Figma Make offers me. I regularly want to increase the width of my modal, but after many different attempts (sending a mock-up from Design, clear explanation, etc.), Figma Make tells me that the change has been made, but when I test it, no change has been applied. If you have any advice on how to make the right prompt that allows Make to make the expected change, I'm all ears.

I had not add new seats and change the plan, but the system automatically change seat type and billed me.

I’m currently having issues publishing my figma make project. I finished the project, connected my domain and added supabase authentication login. When i pressed publish, its getting stuck on publishing. It’s been like this for hours. I’ve restarted Figma, restarted my Mac, cleared the cache..followed all the previous solutions but nothing is working. Please help!

I really need help.I've been trying to solve this problem for over a week, but nothing's working.First, a strange bar about 140 pixels wide with the word "mirror" appeared at the top of my Figma mirror. I couldn't remove it, and it was incredibly annoying. I contacted support twice from within the app, but got no response. Now I can't log into the app at all. It asks for an email address, and after entering it, the browser opens, and the screen goes white, as if the site is frozen. I've tried logging in from different devices and different accounts, and I've reinstalled the app, but nothing has helped. I’ve tried many times to verify my student status, but it didn’t work. I received an email from SheerID asking me to “finish everything,” but when I click the button, it says: “This verification has expired. Please submit a new verification.” When I try to verify again, it says I’ve exceeded the limit.I thinking it’s because I clicked the link only a few days later and the time expired.

I recently discovered that the “check color contrast” feature in the Figma color palette window is not 100% accurate and rounds up the contrast value compared to the WebAim Contrast Checker. This is very concerning and potentially problematic when resolving passing contrast levels among brand colors and accessibility. Hi, I am having trouble with my pupils. It says “an admin needs to update seat”, how do I do this as I can’t see anything about seats in the Admin tab. Can you help? I am a teacher for Highland Virtual academy so my pupils have various school address, not all @portreehigh.

I attempted to cancel my subscription and remove my credit card details, but despite being on the Starter plan, $25 was still charged to my card. I also reached out to the support and sales teams but haven’t received any response. I previously informed you that I no longer need my Figma subscription, yet I was still billed. I have done everything (from turning off spam filters, to making sure the email works, tried from different browsers).I am only logged into Figma via the Mac app.I can’t login via Google, it’s not a google account.It’s not via my 2fa auth code, it’s an actual email being sent I am not able to login, I’m on a subscription and can’t even access my account.  The AI chatbot said they’d send me an update to my ticket via email, womp womp I don’t think I’ll get it.What can I do?  I made this temp account to post this, my real account email is different.  please help

Hello! There was a problem exporting layouts after purchasing a new system. Layouts are exported with extra pixels, I attached a screenshot. I'll say right away that I tried to export in 1x and 2x, and from the desktop version. I reinstalled Figma, now it's the newest version. I rebooted the computer. There's still a problem. Please tell me how to fix it, because it's very necessary for work. 

Hi everyone,I’ve noticed that the native plugin header (the top bar that shows the plugin icon, name, and close button) has a different height when running a plugin in Development mode compared to published plugins.In Development mode, the header is noticeably taller — around 56 px, while in published plugins it’s around 40 px. This reduces the usable vertical space inside the plugin window.It’s not just one plugin — I see the same behavior across all my plugins, even the most basic ones without any custom styling or JavaScript.I’m testing in the Figma Desktop app on macOS, latest version.Is this an intentional change in the Development environment, or maybe a bug introduced recently?
