Hi guys, I don’t know if someone has the same problem but when I am in the main menu with all the project everything works, but when I click on one of my project I can enter it but the screen freeze and nothing happens…
Project freezing

If the file browser loads fine but the screen freezes after opening a specific project, this is often related to the file itself, your browser, or your network setup.
A few things things to try first:

If this is happening in the browser, try opening the file in a different supported browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox), and also try in an incognito/private window to see if that works.

Try switching networks (eg. a different mobile hotspot or wifi connection) or temporarily disabling any VPNs to check if this helps. You can also check our recommended VPN or proxy settings in this guide: Technical troubleshooting tips.

In some cases, this behavior could be related to file size or memory usage, especially with larger or more complex projects. More information on this here.
If the issue continues after trying those steps, the best next step is to contact our support team so they can take a closer look at your specific file and setup.
To do that: Go to the Support Hub / Click Start a chat / Type “Report a bug”.
When submitting, please include:
- A direct link of the affected file
- Share the file with support-share@figma.com and grant "Can View" access
- Whether this happens with all files or just this one. That’ll help the team to reproduce the issue and investigate more quickly with Engineering.
