For your privacy and security, I redacted your email addresses. Thank you for providing the file link. From what I can see on the backend, the file was trashed by aifigma0002.
 

There are a few requirements you must meet to be able to restore the file:

• You must have can edit access to the original file, and the project the file lives in. You don’t need to be the file owner.
• The original project and team must still exist. This must be the exact same project, not a project with the same name.

With those requirements fulfilled, to restore the file from your Trash:

1. From the file browser, click Trash and locate the file you want to restore.
2. Right-click on the file and select Restore.

Please let me know if you run into any further issues. 

I have searched for this file in the "Trash" using the original account and within the team, but it was not found. Could you please explain what might have caused this? Is there any way to resolve the issue?
