Locked out of account - school email no longer accessible

Hello, I have seen this issue quite a few times in the forum (locked out of Figma account that is tied to school email that can no longer be accessed) and have not received a response to the support ticket I opened, so I’m asking here!

I have a secondary email tied to the same account, where I pay for Pro features, but entering that email upon sign in took me to a brand new account (the one I am using to message here). 

I have almost 6 years of work in my account that seems to still be tied to my university email ([redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII]) that is no longer active or accessible - email forwarding ended too. 

Please help me get my work and access to Pro plan back!

I understand that you’ve lost access to the university email associated with your original Figma account and are looking for a way to regain access.

 

I can see that you previously opened a support ticket using that university email address, and one of our Support specialists attempted to help. However, since email forwarding has ended, it appears you were unable to receive the reply.

 

Thanks for confirming that email forwarding is no longer available. In cases like this, our Support team can help manually update the email address on the account. Just so you know, for security and privacy reasons, we’re not able to handle account-specific issues directly here on the forum.
