Hello, I have seen this issue quite a few times in the forum (locked out of Figma account that is tied to school email that can no longer be accessed) and have not received a response to the support ticket I opened, so I’m asking here!
I have a secondary email tied to the same account, where I pay for Pro features, but entering that email upon sign in took me to a brand new account (the one I am using to message here).
I have almost 6 years of work in my account that seems to still be tied to my university email ([redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII]) that is no longer active or accessible - email forwarding ended too.
Please help me get my work and access to Pro plan back!
