Hi @Lidiadisla

I hope it’s okay to reply in English.

I understand you’ve just upgraded to a Full seat on a paid plan and are still being asked to upgrade when trying to edit a shared file.

I checked on our end and can see that you have access to multiple teams, and you have a Full seat in one of those paid teams.

To clarify, plans are tied to teams, and seats are assigned at the team, not per individual account.

This means that to edit a file, you need a Full seat in the specific team where that file lives. Even if you already pay for a Full seat in one team, you’ll still need a Full seat in any other paid team where you want to edit files.

If the shared project belongs to a paid team and you only have a View seat there, it’s expected that you’ll need to request a Full seat from that team’s admin to continue editing. - Manage seats in Figma

I also noticed that you’ve already opened a support ticket about this (#1729071). If you can, please reply to that ticket with the file URL you’re having trouble with, as that will help our team look into your specific case more closely.

Thanks!
