Hello Figma Support Team,

I was surprised to find that my account (redacted PII - DJV 2/5/26) was suspended without any prior warning. Although I do not use this account heavily on a daily basis, it contains several stored projects and historical data that have suddenly become crucial for my current needs.

I respectfully ask that you review the suspension and, if possible, restore access to my account. If the suspension was triggered by a specific issue or misunderstanding due to inactivity, I would be very grateful if you could clarify what went wrong so I can ensure it does not happen again.

I have always intended to use Figma strictly in accordance with your Terms of Service. In order to retrieve my work and continue with my projects, I would be extremely appreciative of your assistance in resolving this matter.

From what I can see on backend, your account was initially blocked by our internal security system. However, upon further review, it was determined to be a false positive. Your account has been restored.
