I am paying for professional account, and I can’t get to the account.

I understand that you’re having trouble accessing the Professional plan that you’ve paid for.

 

I checked on our end and can see that you currently only have access to multiple Free Starter teams, and don’t appear to have access to a Professional plan team under this account.

Is it possible that you have another Figma account associated with a different email address? You can find more details on how to log in to or switch between accounts here: Log in or add accounts

 

I also noticed that you’ve already contacted our support team regarding this issue(Ticket#1730112). I’ll add a note to that ticket to let our team know that you also reached out here in the forum.

Unfortunately, we’re not able to assist with individual account setup details directly here in the forum. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please reply directly to the ticket email so our support specialist can assist you further.

Since I no longer have access to my Professional account, I’m requesting that my Professional subscription be canceled.

I previously had two accounts that I could switch between, but I no longer see the option to switch accounts, and I cannot access the Professional workspace.

My renewal date is February 10, 2026.

Please let me know once the subscription has been canceled.

Hi,

I’m the owner of Team CodeCraftBrew and I was unexpectedly changed to a View seat. I’m a solo founder and believe I accidentally demoted myself or there was an identity mismatch. I can’t access billing or admin now.

 

Please restore my account to Admin/Editor and return admin ownership to the email associated with this request.
